Lifestyle challenge week #81 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #81
Hello,
I have been at my Challenge for 81 weeks now. I have not achieved by far my main goal of 80 kilos. The goal is to reach this year. I have to do more for that. In particular, the nutrition needs to be changed. Will not use the word diet anymore but only nutrition.
The week I was 4 days traveling through Germany. Did not get such good news because of the internal restructuring. Because of political fights I should be transferred to another account. If that happens I will look for something else. That should just go easy.
I went to the gym five times this week where, as usual, I trained my back, legs, chest, stomach and shoulder. Next week I am traveling abroad for 5 days. I'll probably have to look for something to train.
My main project is difficult going. I'm not doing enough to keep it going or going faster. Will be back to it in 2 weeks.
I do not want to write about Steem today. There are many things but do not feel like it now.

jetzt bin ich seit 81 Wochen bei meinem Challenge. Das Hauptziel auf 80 Kilo zu kommen habe ich bei Weitem nicht erreicht. Das Ziel ist es dieses Jahr zu erreichen. Dafür muss ich mehr machen. Insbesondere die Ernährung muss umgestellt werden. Werde jetzt das Wort Diät nicht mehr verwenden sondern nur Ernährung.
Die Woche war ich 4 Tage unterwegs durch Deutschland. Habe nicht so gute Nachrichten bekommen wegen der internen Umstrukturierung. Durch politische Kämpfe soll ich auf einem anderen Konto versetzt werden. Wenn das passiert werde ich mir etwas anderes Suchen. Das sollte einfach gehen.
Ich war wieder 5 mal ins Fitnessstudio diese Woche, wo, wie üblich,ich den Rücken, die Beine, die Brust, den Bauch und die Schulter trainiert habe. Nächste Woche bin ich 5 Tage im Ausland unterwegs. Da werde ich wahrscheinlich etwas suchen müssen um zu trainieren.
Mein Hauptprojekt ist schwer oder geht schwer voran. Ich mache nicht genug damit es weiter kommt. Werde in 2 Wochen wieder an Ort und Stelle sein.
Über Steem möchte ich heute nicht schreiben. Es gibt vieles aber habe jetzt keine Lust drauf.
