Day 48 Planning Activities

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

I have never put that much important to experiences mostly since they cost money and I have always been working towards getting some financial independance which was more important. So spending money by doing things was really hard to justify based on my reasoning. It costs money while at I at the same time lose out on money that I would have made and all the compound interest over the years. The price of a vacation or night out quicly added up when making the calculations. If a weeks vacation costs 500€, I add around 1000€ for money I miss out on and need to to that at least x5 over the course of 10 years to see the 'real price'.

While I do still see this as a valid way of thinking, the need for money now is smaller and I'm much more willing to put my time in other things. I had a lot of things I wanted to do during these 100 days but haven't really gotten to them yet. This is why I started to plan some activities. On Friday I will go to an escape room with some people I know, I bought some tickets to the pintofscience festival which gives science talks in pubs. Not sure who I will take yet, but I would not mind going alone. Something I also want to do is a week of birkam yoga. Ever since I saw this on TV I have been intrigues by it. If I take a real trip, it would be to Malta since it is very friendly on everything gambling related and a place where many professional gamblers end up living for tax reasons.

the football season is comig to an end which should give me a lot of time to focus more on doing things which at the same time will give me more things to talk about to other people and on my daily blogposts...

Challenge Completed! 200 Reps

On Day 48 I took things easy when it came to my actual exercises because I'm still very much feeling the 300 Push-ups from the day before. I did an extended run this time in the moring, took a 2 hour walk into the city while listening to a science podcast and did 50 Squads so I was still very active.
