Day 49 Walk With Me #2 | City Walk
Day 49 was another family day with good weather I enjoyed. I did overeat a bit in the evening which is a rare thing to do when being on a whole food plant based diet. The challenge is almost half-way and I plan on taking a look back so far tomorrow along with setting some more objectives.
I took a long 2 hour walk into the city I live in yesterday and took a couple pictures I still wanted to post.

On Day 49 another day and another morning run. I bought an arm band to take my phone with next time so I can start to track my route from now on. I did not have much time do do a lot of exercises and just stuck to a 100 second planking routine and 100 rope skips aside from my daily run.
