1 year ago, my skin was very oily, but my lips and eyes were very dry. Because I drink too little water. I only like to drink soft drinks and milk tea, but right now I have removed all sugary drinks .. because it is bad for my health. I have been drinking water every morning for 1 month.
Although you do not like to drink water, try to drink water because the water has many benefits to your health.

Why should we drink water in the morning?
