Today I like to write about the benefit of drinking water regularly.

Drinking water

The main element of a human body is water. Water is named as life. In a human body 55-80 percentage is water. That's why its needed to get much water. There is a minimum quantity of water we should drink regularly in daily basis. There is some proper rules to drink water. If anyone drink regularly and properly with rules then human will get the maximum benefit of drinking water. I like to mention some of the rules.

Rules of drinking water

  1. A human should drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
  2. Drink Just after woke up from sleep at morning 2-3 glasses of water. May be it will taste little odd without refresh the mouth, but its beneficial. You will see the effect of drinking water at morning when you go to wash-room and the urine color would be like clear water color. You might be know about the meaning of different urine color. Among the color the water color is the sign of a good digest and proper strain of kidney.
  3. Drink water 20-30 minutes before breakfast, launch, dinner.
  4. Drink water little by little in the middle of taking food.
  5. Never drink water just after you finish your food. It can create gas on stomach that may cause gastric , gastric pain, heart burning.
  6. One should drink water after 20-30 minutes of finishing the meal.

Benefit of drinking water at morning

Besides these 6 point there is extra benefit to drink water at morning.

  1. By drinking water at morning the harmful toxin of blood is drained out from body. That increases the hidden brightness of skin.
  2. In our brain 75% is water. A glass of water at morning increasing this brain's functionality and keep our brain active.
  3. Increase the power of digest food.
  4. Increase the production of blood, help to produce new blood cell.
  5. Taking water at morning deduce the pain of menstrual period.
  6. Increase the metabolism up to 24%.
  7. Help to deduce over weight.
  8. It helps to overcome the constipation.

Conclusion

In time of taking food we should take light hot water that helps to digest food easily. To keep body healthy one should continue to drink water properly by maintaining the rules. When one drink water regularly will feel the different within some days.
