Time to up my game - running fot charity. From fatty to fitty, 13.1miles.

What better way to motivate yourself then to sign up for a little 13.1 mile run around the Welsh capital, Cardiff.

Then to add even more pressure, promise to run it for a charity!!! No pressure then...

Im not asking for any financial support from my fellow steemians but your words of encouragement and close eye on my training will definitely help me complete the course.

The course sounds stunning and takes in some of the best parts of Cardiff, but what they don't tell you is you'll be too busy blowing out your arse to even notice any of it. I'll definitely be concentrating on breathing!!!

It's not cheap to run these things. I had the opportunity to get a discounted entry fee because I was running for a charity, but because I'm such a nice guy I declined the rescued rare and paid in full, the charity gets the difference.

So with 6 month to go till the big day, be prepared to see more of my #actifit posts and strava uploads as I up my game and try and get a respectable time.
