What's up STACKERS!
I'm not going to lie to you but I think I'm addicted to candy bars for the past 18+ months. 🍫🍫. I've been eating 1-3 a day! 🤤
What are my favorite candy bars?
All the way from Snickers, M&M's, Twix, Kit Kats, MilkyWay, Butterfingers etc... etc... You name it, I ate it. 😂
So I decided that I'm going to make a temporary switch to Quest Protein Bars and to some other Plant-Based versions.
Was this a health decision? Not at all... I'm already to damn skinny.
Most candy bars are just empty calories (mostly made from sugar) and it was just a waste of calories to eat it all the time.
Might as well replace some sugar with some protein instead. 😏
These Quest Bars are not the healthiest but still it's still better than regular candy bars. They do taste the same, somewhat. 🤷♂️
So if you guys have a "sweet tooth" like myself and want a better alternative, give these ones a try.
Let's see how long this will last. I may be back eating 1-2 candy bars again starting next week, wish me luck! HAHA

I am eating the Keto friendly ones and most hve similarities with the popular candy bars though I still cannot eat 3 a day!

Quest bars are bomb!! I’ve been eating them intermittently for years. Usually when I’m on a cut (and it’s about that time by the way). My favorites are definitely mint and choco chip 🔥🔥

For reals? Yeah, I’ve been intermittent fasting for 7+ years straight.. it’s such a better way to live in my opinion. I like the paleo ones the best, no artificial sweeteners and made from egg whites. I’ll do a post about it this week 😬

Hell yeah! I’m a pretty simple dude though and I don’t eat “normal” sweet food so those bars are straight up candy to me. I’ve only messed around with the og flavors, never the paleo ones, I’ll be on the lookout for your review of them.
Intermittent fasting is life! Been doing 16/8 for several years and recently got into 20/4 and 18/6 for some variance. Energy levels, mental clarity, workouts are all next level. What’s your preferred eating window?
