He also recounted how a driver the wife uses for errands was driving by and she stopped the car for him to enter. The husband entered and there was a friend to the driver seated at the back. The friend didn’t know that was the husband seated in the car with them but the driver knew that was the husband. In a joking manner, the friend asked the driver what he was still doing with “that” woman after he (the driver) has had series of sex with the woman. The husband felt so humiliated and the driver couldn’t stop his friend from talking, but you can expect him to lash out at his friend when the husband dropped. The man said he walked back home sad and depressed.
He is living a hell of a marriage and now he wants a way out. He is already planning on how to leave. The man also told me that his wife once got married to a man before him and the man left her. You see when I talked about warning signs? The warning signs were there and he tried to give her the benefit of doubts but it was such a shame that she betrayed that trust, at least.
He talked about how she hardly cooks for him anytime they have an argument. He said she didn’t talk to him for 2 months at some point and it was until he begged her for whatever he did wrong that she started cooking for him. He talked about how he slept hungry, how the wife left the house to meet with another man and locked him in the house when he was sleeping. He woke up and couldn’t find her. He tried opening the door and noticed he was locked from the outside. She came back early in the morning after her sexual escapade. I really asked him what he was still doing with such a woman. I think he doesn’t want to let go easily. He felt she can still change and I am sorry to disappoint him, I felt someone like that won’t change until she learns from a life threatening experience.
You cannot afford not to marry right. When you marry someone that gives you peace of mind, you will be happy but when you marry someone who doesn’t give you peace, you will become a philosopher. Life has its troubles; please don’t add bad marriage to the list.

Marriage is about living a loving and peaceful life. It is not a forced obligation that are put on you. In case their is no room of happiness it is better to talk and get a solution to all the troubles. Feeling pity for the man whois carrying all the burden on his shoulder.
