Chocolate Chip Cookies, the Ultimate in classic Sweets

Chocolate chip cookies are possibly the greatest of all the classic sweet treats that we know and love. Everytime I make a batch it takes me straight back to childhood and baking with friends and family. It was such a good experience, and the flavor of a nice warm, fresh chocolate chip cookie. I love the melting chocolate as you take a big bite, it really is a great experience and the flavors seem much better when they're hot, though when they cool off they are still incredible, its just something about hot chocolate that hits the spot, especially on a cold winter day.
