WAYS TO ACCESS DIVINE FAVOUR (CONT.)
PRAYER

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrew 4:16)

To approach the throne of grace boldly means to pray, and that is where you obtain favour (grace) and mercy. This is what the children of Israel did in Egypt to get God's attention and He said,

I have surely seen the affliction of My People which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; (Exodus 3:7)

Israel's 400 years old misfortune was terminated as they cried to God in prayer.
Jabez is another example of one who secured favour in prayer. His name meant sorrow and he was an embodiment of it bit in 1 Chronicles chapter 4:10, he secured a change in his destiny as he prayed:

Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed and enlarge my coast and that thine hand might be with me and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me!

His prayer secured God's favour because the Bible says that God granted him his request.

Like Jabez, you can employ ceaseless prayers to destroy all satanic opposition against your destiny. God Himself says that you should remind Him of His commitment to you;

Put Me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified. (Isaiah 43:26)

Go ahead and ask Him to confirm His Word of favour in your life. His Word says, "Favour is the heritage of the righteous"

For thou, Lord wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass Him as with a shield. (Psalm 5:12)

When you are saved, you become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. So favour is your heritage in Christ. Go to God in prayers and as you put Him in remembrance concerning this word, you will be amazed at how His favour will be displayed in your life; strange doors will open for you. Miracle jobs, miracle promotions, miracle marriages, all by God's favour.

GRATITUDE
When you give God thanks for what He has done, you commit Him to move more in your favour, but if you are ungrateful, you automatically blocked the channel of divine favour. Think about it - when you show favour to someone and he or she fails to appreciate it, how do you react? When that person faces another challenge and requires your assistance, you won't want to give it because ingratitude has disconnected him/her from your favour.

Ingratitude is a bait of misfortune. When you stop seeing what God is doing, He stops doing anything at all. If you want "fearful" blessings to come your way, give God thanks for all the previous blessings you have enjoyed from Him:

Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. (Psalm 67:5-6)

THE ANOINTING
The anointing of the Holy Spirit is a powerful channel for securing God's favour. When Jesus was on earth, His ministry operated under strange favours because of anointing. This was prophetically described in the Psalms,

All thy garments smell of myerrh and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad. (Psalm 45:8)

The anointing gives you a unique smell which causes you to attract favour wherever you go. Jesus never lacked anything and this was attributed to the power of the Holy Ghost upon Him. When the anointing came upon the disciples, they also enjoyed favour with all people. The anointing is your covenant access to divine favour from God.

When you meet these demands of the assess of favour, you will live your remaining days on earth flying on the wings of divine favour.

REMAIN BLESSED
