It's Sabbath already, here in Nigeria.
Six days filled with toil
Six days filled with stress
Six days filled with worries
Six days of bustle
Six days to work
Six days of hard knocks
I hurry home to cease toil
I smile with deep glee
It's time for me to recoil
A day sanctified
A day set apart
A day of full rest
A day made purified
A day blessed
A day filled with blessings
A day to appreciate nature
A day to worship the Creator
A day of joy divine
The Sabbath is a temple made of time.
