Everybody around you will definitely leave you one day when the time come, no matter how those people may appear to be friendly, wonderful, supportive or helpful. God is the only one who will never leave nor forsake you as He promised. So, develop yourself and build intimacy with God.

Deuteronomy 31 vs 6 NIV
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you

Psalms 94:14
"For the LORD will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance."

Whatever support you get from people will not last forever. Everybody will face his or her destiny alone. There is a limit to which people around you can go with you in your destiny. Everyone has their own specific race set before them. Any time God send someone to your part of destiny, make the best use of the opportunity while it lasts.

When Jesus was about to be crucified, His disciples let him alone. The crowd that use to follow Him were no where to be found. Those He healed, those he fed will 5 breads and 2 fishes, all left Him.

What happened to Jesus is just an example of what will happen when things are difficult. Don't be dejected when people stated to leave you in your difficult situation. They never promise to stay with you in all situations. It's only God who promised to stay with us forever.

The question no is, how intimate are you with God?

Remember, it is only God who promised never to leave or forsake us. Invest more in your intimacy with God today.
