Be Holy
1 Peter 1:15-16 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
The Almighty God is holy. In His holy nature, He created us and called us to be partakers of His kingdom through Christ. As humans, we understand that the world system is full of temptation to sin, but the grace to be holy has appeared to all men. The word of holiness and liberty has been presented to us, thus we must take a stand and decide to be blameless. Holiness is our decision to make and it's one of the best decisions we can make in life. This is because a holy life brings us into an intimate oneness with the Almighty God. One who is holy is a strong team with Christ. The storms of life can not overwhelm the holy.
It's clear that God wants us to be holy so we can be like Him, for He's holy. From the beginning of time, God's desire has been our oneness with Him. When man derailed in the garden of Eden, God sought another way out, that way is Christ Jesus. With Christ is us the struggle is over and holiness becomes our nature. Submission to Jesus is the way out. Do you submit completely to Christ? Think about it, for without holiness no one shall see the Lord.

Abba Father, thank you for giving us the opportunity to be like you. Please forgive us of our sins and renew our spirits that we might be holy like you, in Jesus name. Amen.
