THE UNFORGIVING SERVANT
(Matt. 18:21– 35)
A minister once offended a believing sister, and she was exceptionally furious. He apologized to her in tears, however she would not forgive him. He went to her a moment time and stated, "Please forgive me," however she would not.
So he looked for adviceof a genuine, elderly man in their congregation. He stated, "You committed two errors. In the first place, you offended her, and you shouldn't have done that. Your second mix-up was apologizing twice. When you apologized and she declined to forgive you, at that point the coals of flame were on her head, not on yours."
