Sufficient Grace be Multiple for You.

We still do not know the scientific name of the ailment that Paul suffered, for which he besought the Lord thrice. Today our focus isn't on what the apostle endured, but on the Lord's response. Thrice Paul besought the Lord for a solution, and the Lord's response remained the same, 'My grace is sufficient for you'! This certainly isn't a religious cliche', but a revelation of a deep truth.

The Lord's grace was sufficient for Paul, and is sufficient for you, irrespective of your current circumstance - Paul only needed to learn how to appropriate what was made available to him. In essence, the Lord was telling the apostle to personalise the finished work of Christ. There are too many Christians hoping that God will step down from heaven and change their circumstance. But spiritual principles and means doesn't work that way.

The son of God died and was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, for a simple reason - to take us out of darkness and bring us into the kingdom of His love son. Jesus has died, Jesus has been raised from the dead; meaning we are no longer under the dominion of darkness, but in the kingdom of Light and under the dominion of Light!

When the Lord said to Paul, my grace is sufficient for you. He meant the appropriation of the consummate work of Christ, is sufficient to deliver us from all the workings of darkness and translate us in the benefits of salvation.

In this month of increased grace, it means that everything capable of keeping anyone captive to the dictates of the world has been rendered impotent if you believe.

Jesus said 'I have overcome the world.' Everything the world could ever throw at a child of God, to bring us shipwreck of faith, has lost its potency. God's grace and His provision, when appropriated is sufficient to secure our victory from all that seeks to bind.
