Watch as well as pray

(St. Matthew 24: 42-44; Watch therefore for you know not what hour your Lord doeth come. 43. But know this , that if the good man of the house would have known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched , and would not have suffered his house to br broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man cometh. ) This verse here is telling us that when we profess Jesus as our Lord and savior we should mean it. There are many so called Christians that do a lot of lip service claiming to know our Lord and Savior , but when the love and cares of this would seem to come in focus, they follow the world with its glamour and start to follow the worldy crowd . And they think that its all right to indulge in such , but Jesus is watching you every move , you may fool the people some of the time, but you can't fool God. You have to come in at the straight gate, you can't do it your way, you have to do it God's way. Verily, verily I say unto you , ye must be born again this is the one and only way that you will be ready when Jesus comes. Again you know not the day , time or hour that the Lord doth come , so be ye ready.
