People Who Have Forgotten God

하나님은 세상 사람에게 잊혀져가고 있습니다.
God is being forgotten by people.
2000여년 전에 여호와 하나님은 유대인들의 조상신에 불과했지만, 예수님이 이 땅에 오셔서 모든 사람의 죄를 대신하여 십자가에 돌아가신 이후, 기쁜 소식(복음이라고 번역된 헬라어 ‘유앙겔리온’의 원래의 뜻은 기쁜 소식임)은 전 세계로 퍼져나갔죠.
He was God of Israelites 2000 years ago, but the good news (gospel comes from Greek word “euangelion,” which means good news) spread all over the world after Jesus left the earth.
예수님께서 십자가에서 흘린 보혈의 공로는 특히 낮고, 천하고, 상처받고, 병들고, 소외되고, 억압받고, 가난한 사람들에게 기쁜 소식이 되었습니다.
The blood Jesus had spilt became a great news for people who were hrt, sick, suppressed, poor, and weak.
백여 년 전에 우리나라에도 기쁜 소식이 들어왔어요.
We Koreans received the good news about 100 years ago.
구한말의 가난하고 소망이 없는 우리네 조상들은 반갑게 그 소식을 들었죠.
Our poor, helpless ancestors gladly accepted the news.
한국전쟁이 끝나고 모든 산업이 피폐되어 아무런 희망도 가질 수 없게 되자, 기쁜 소식은 방방곡곡에 울려 퍼졌습니다.
The news spread fast, especially after the Korean War left everyone scarred and hurt.
가난하고 못 배우고 병들어서 아무 소망이 없는 사람들은 예수를 믿고 교회에 나갔습니다.
People who were poor, uneducated, and diseased believed in Jesus and went to church.
그래서 우리나라는 근대 기독교 역사상 최단기간에 천만 명이 넘는 기독교인을 배출한 나라가 되었죠.
Korea became the country with fastest growth in Christian population in modern Christian history.
그러나 딱 거기까지였어요.
But that was that.
맑은 영혼과 사심이 없는 초창기의 교회지도자들이 이끄는 우리네 교회는, 놀라운 기적과 이적이 일어나서 귀신이 쫓겨 나가고 고질병이 나으며 영혼이 구원되는 역사가 일어났습니다.
Early church of Korea, led by pastors with pure soul and clear conscience, were full of miracles; demons ran, illnesses disappeared,
그러나 교세를 확장하는 데만 관심을 갖는 교단에서 배출한 목회자들은 부와 명예가 보장되는 대형교회의 담임목사가 되고 싶은 목회성공을 꿈꾸었고, 전통적인 기복신앙을 받아들여서 성공하고 부자가 되고 싶은 사람들은 하나님의 축복과 도우심으로 부유하고 형통한 삶을 추구했습니다.
But pastors from wealthy sects dreamt of big, rich church, and people who took in the faith of prosperity dreamt of God fulfilling their wants and needs.
7,80년대에 한강의 기적은 사람들의 지갑을 두둑하게 해주었고, 교회 내에서도 황금만능의 물질주의가 판을 치게 되었지요.
The miracle of Han River in 70s and 80s filled people’s wallet; materialism swept across the churches.
목사들은 헌금을 많이 내는 부자들을 선호하며 드높은 직분을 주어 교회요직에 앉혀두었고, 설교단상에 서면 부자가 하나님의 축복을 받은 증거라고 떠들어댔습니다.
Pastors ordained rich people to run the church, since they brought a large amount of money as offering; they were shown as prime examples of God’s blessing.
그러자 이에 실망한 하나님이 우리네 교회를 떠나셨습니다.
Disappointed, God left church.
그러나 목사들과 교인들은 하나님이 떠나신 증거를 덮어두고 쉬쉬하며 하나님의 경고를 두려워하지 않았죠.
But people did not fear God’s warning; they completely hid the fact that God has left them.
목사들은 기적과 이적이 일어나지 않아도 괜찮다며, 말씀을 교묘하게 비틀고 아전인수식으로 해석하여 변질된 복음을 교인들에게 들려주었습니다.
They started to twist the bible and said it is okay not to have miracles.
그리고는 열정적으로 종교의식에 참석하고 희생적인 신앙행위를 하는 것을 하나님이 기뻐하시는 믿음이라고 속삭였습니다.
And they decided that diligently participating in religious activities as faith God rejoices.
그래서 우리네 교회는 삯꾼목자와 세속적이고 종교적인 사람들만이 남아있게 되었어요.
So churches today are left with secular and religious people.
하나님이 계시지 않는 교회라는 눈치를 가장 먼저 알아챈 것은, 목회자나 교인들이 아니라 하나님을 모르는 세상 사람들이었습니다.
People who realized God is not with these Christians were ordinary people who did not have anything to do with church.
그들은 목회자들에게 청렴성과 도덕성이 사라졌음을 눈치 챘고, 크리스천들이 교만하고 이기적이며 거룩한 성품이 남아 있지 않다는 것에 실망과 환멸을 느꼈습니다.
They detected the pastors’ morals was long gone; they felt disappointed when they realized Christians are nothing but a group of proud and selfish people.
청렴결백해야 할 목회자들에게 거짓과 속임과 꼼수가 난무하며, 목회자들과 교인들이 툭하면 싸워서 세상법정에 가서 고소하고 판결을 받고 있는 실정입니다.
Pastors, the moral leaders, are full of lies and schemes; fellow Christians fight one another, even taking their fight to court.
그래서 교회가 세상 사람들을 걱정하는 게 아니라, 도리어 세상 사람들이 교회와 교인들을 염려하고 걱정하는 처지가 되었으니 기가 막힌 일이지요.
It’s funny that secular people worry about church and its people, when it is supposed to be opposite.
이틈을 타서 이단들이 성화를 대고 있습니다.
And cults are very active these days.
전에는 교회 밖에서 교인들을 유혹했다면, 지금은 버젓이 교회 안으로 들어와서 교인들을 포섭하고 교회를 무너뜨리고 접수하고 있습니다.
They used to tempt Christians from outside; but now, they tempt Christians from inside church, destroying the organization.
그러나 이 같은 빌미를 제공한 것이 누구일까요?
Who gave them the chance and excuse?
바로 교단과 교회지도자들이죠.
The church sects and the pastors.
교단의 총회장선거에 가보면 교단이 얼마나 타락했는지 알 수 있습니다.
When you attend the election for sect president, you can see how corrupt it is.
이전투구의 싸움에다 돈 봉투가 난무하는 선거는 세상의 선거보다 더 추잡스럽습니다.
Fights are everywhere, along with money bags and bribes; it’s worse than elections of this world.
그래서 어느 교단에서 누군가가 CCTV를 설치하자는 제안을 하자, 목회자들이 아우성을 치며 덮어버렸다고 해요.
So a sect suggested installing CCTV at the voting site, but pastors all went against the idea.
그러면서 교회 안에 가면 거룩하고 경건한 척 성직자 코스프레를 하고 있습니다.
But they all wear the holy gown in front of church people.
그래서 영혼이 갈급하고 무능하고 무기력한 교회에 염증이 난 교인들은 이단의 유혹에 빠져드는 것이 이상하지 않죠.
It’s not hard for Christians who got tired of powerless church to fall for cults.
성령께서는 제게, 앞으로 이단들로 인해 교회가 많이 무너질 것이라고 말씀하셨습니다.
Holy Spirit told me many churches will fall due to cults.
기존 교회나 이단교회나 하나님이 계시지 않으니, 어디에 있든 지옥 불에 던져질 것이 불 보듯 환한 일입니다.
And it’s not hard to see where the cults and churches will go; God is not with any of them.
사정이 이러하니, 교회마당을 밟고 있는 교인들조차 하나님을 잊어버리고 있습니다.
And this does not help Christians, either; God is long forgotten.
겨우 종교의식에 참석하는 종교적인 사람들로 전락하고 있죠. 기적과 이적이 일어나지 않는 교회는 하나님이 떠난 교회입니다.
They turn into religionists; church without miracles has nothing to do with God.
기적과 이적이 일어나지 않는 이유는 교인들이 하나님을 만나려 하지 않기 때문이에요.
No miracles happen because Christians don’t try to meet God.
하나님을 만나는 통로는 기도와 말씀입니다. 그러나 기도소리가 사라진 교회에 귀신들만 득실거리고 있습니다.
Prayer and word are the ways to meet God; demons roam in churches without prayers.
또한 지금은 말씀이 완성된 시대라면 툭하면 성경공부를 하라고 아우성치는 목사들도, 자신들에게 말씀의 능력이 없다는 것에 놀라지 않습니다.
And pastors are not surprised to see that they do not have spiritual power and tell others to study word of God, since this is the age of complete Bible where Holy Spirit does not reside with us.
성경지식을 쌓아두는 것을 성경대로 산다고 착각하고 있기 때문이죠.
They say such thing because they believe gathering biblical knowledge is the same as living according to word of God.
성경을 배우는 목적은 말씀대로 살기 위함입니다. 그러나 성경지식을 아무리 많이 쌓아두어도 말씀대로 사는 것은 별개의 일이예요.
The reason to study Bible is to live according to God; but knowledge and living accordingly are different.
말씀대로 살려면 성령이 안에 들어오셔서 다스리시고 통치하시는 하나님의 나라가 이루어져야 합니다.
In order to live according to Bible, Holy Spirit must come inside your heart and govern you.
그래서 성령이 내주하는 기도의 습관을 들이지 않는다면 많은 성경지식은 쓰레기일 뿐입니다.
So if you don’t pray for Holy Spirit’s indwelling, your knowledge is Bible is good for nothing.
어째든 종교적인 행사에 참석하는 교인들은 하나님을 만나는 기도와 말씀을 싫어하며 귀찮아합니다.
Religionists usually diligently attend church, but they don’t consider praying and reading God’s word important.
600여년 전에 종교개혁을 일으켰던 유럽의 교회가 폭삭 망했으며, 우리에게 복음을 전해준 미국과 캐나다의 교회가 망해가듯이, 우리네 교회도 빠른 속도로 망해가고 있는 중이죠.
Churches in Europe have fallen even after the religious revolution 600 years ago, and churches in America, which spread the gospel to us, have fallen; and now, we are right behind them.
교인들조차 하나님을 잊고 있는데, 어깨띠를 두르고 번화가로 나가서 커피를 나눠주며 세상 사람들의 손을 끌어들여 교회의자에 앉힌들 무슨 소용이 있겠습니까?
Even Christians are forgetting God; what’s the point of bringing secular people to church?
그래서 저는 칼럼과 유투브 동영상에서 무너지고 있는 교회에서 뛰어내리라고 소리를 지르고 있는 겁니다.
And that’s why I’m screaming at the top off my lungs to get away from church.
그러나 유럽의 교회나 미국의 교회가 처음부터 망하리라고 생각한 교인들이 없었듯이, 대다수의 크리스천들은 제가 기성교회를 비난하고 폄훼하는 이단의 괴수가 하는 소리라고 귀를 닫고 있다는 것을 모르는 바가 아닙니다.
But no one expected the fall of churches in Europe and America; and I know most Christians do not listen to me, considering my claims as a cult leader trying to tempt them.
그러나 아무도 제 말을 들을 사람이 없더라도, 성령께서 명령하신 일을 하지 않을 수 없는 게 제 심경입다.
Even if no one’s listening, I cannot stop what Holy Spirit told me to do.
성령의 능력이 사라진 교회에 우두커니 앉아서 종교의식을 거행하고 신앙행위를 하고 있는 게 무슨 소용이 있겠습니까?
I mean, what’s the point of attending church and prayer meetings if God doesn’t approve.
성경을 읽어보세요. 이스라엘이 망한 게 하나님을 몰라서가 아니라, 그 백성들이 하나님의 말씀을 듣고 지키려고 하지 않았기 때문입니다.
Read the Bible. Israel fell not because they didn’t know God but because they did not follow God’s words.
그래서 하나님이 그들을 떠나셨고, 마귀에게 내어준 바가 되어 고통과 슬픔뿐인 인생을 살게 되었음이죠.
So God left Israel; Satan took over, and Israelites lived in pain and misery.
그러므로 우리네 교회가 무너지고 대부분의 교인들이 하나님을 만나는 것을 잊었을 지라고, 여러분과 가족들이 지옥에 던져지지 않으려면 하나님을 부지런히 찾아와야 할 겁니다.
So in order for us not to be forsaken by God, we must seek God even if Christians may have forgotten.
기회란 날마다 오지 않습니다. 기회가 주어졌을 때 잡지 못한다면, 천추의 한을 품고 지옥에서 울부짖게 될 것입니다.
A chance doesn’t come to you everyday; you’ll regret not grabbing it.
