Why is Christianity the Right Religion Out of 4,200?

Why is Christianity the right religion out of all the other religions out there?

That's what you'll discover today.

If you'd rather read this blog post instead of watching the video, then you can skip the video and read below.

So to start with, let me ask you this: how many religions do you think there are in the world?

Well, according to Wikipedia, there are about 4,200 religions today.

4,200!

Holy smokes, that's a lot.

How in the world are you supposed to find out the right religion out of 4,200?

How Can You Find Out If Christianity is True?

So the first question that you want to ask is how you can know that Christianity is the right religion out of all the other religions out there?

In other words, what standard can we use to find out if it’s true?

I remember many years ago when I was an atheist; there was a time when I was researching all the other religions.

I wanted to search if any of the claims that any of these religions made were correct.

As I was doing my research, I found that the supporters of some of these religions would give different reasons for why they thought a particular religion was true.

But the problem was that each religious supporter had a different reason for why they thought that religion was the right religion.

So I ended up researching each religion and looking at it to see if it made any claims about why it was the right religion out of all the other ones.

Now, I can tell you that through my research, not all religions claim that they are right even though its supporters may make that claim themselves.

So that's what you're going to discover today.

What is the standard that the Bible claims you should use to find out why it is the right religion out of all the other religions out there?

The Bible Has The Amazing Ability to Predict The Future

And to answer that question, you have to go to the book of Isaiah in the Bible, verses 9 and 10.

This is what it says, and this is God speaking in these two verses:

"For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose."

Now whether you've heard of this Bible passage before or whether this is your first time, it's easy to miss what is being said here.

This Christian God in the Bible is saying that He is the only God that can declare the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done.

The Christian God has the amazing ability to predict the future with 100 percent accuracy The Christian God has the amazing ability to predict the future with 100% accuracy which is the basis for why Christianity claim as the only true religion.

This is just another way of saying that the measure of a real God would be His ability to predict the future with 100% accuracy.

Therefore, the standard that we are going to use to see if the claim of Christianity is the one true religion out of all the other religions is to use its own claim that it can predict the future with 100% accuracy.

So what I'm going to do in this blog post is share with you three predictions in the past that the Bible got right.

Now mind you, these are three out of several hundred predictions that the Bible got right and it didn’t get any wrong.

But for time sake, I'm not going to be able to share all hundreds of predictions with you.

And I'm also going to share with you one prediction about the future that has not come true yet, but it looks like it's going to come true very soon.

By the way, you’re going to want to prepare yourself for what's coming ahead because there is a disaster coming very soon.

If you’re not ready, then you and you’re family will not be able to survive.

But Wait, First You Need to Know This Important Fact About the Bible

Now before I tell you about these three amazing predictions in the Bible, I need to share with you one super important thing about the Bible that you might not know.

The Bible isn't just one book.

It's actually a book that's a collection of 66 books.

The 66 books have about 40 different authors, and these authors lived in vastly different times spanning 1,500 years.

Many of these authors did not live at the same time as the other authors.

This is a critical point for you to understand about predictions in the Bible.

If you don't know this fact, then you can quickly think that predictions were just falsely inserted into the Bible after that fact to make it look like it got predictions right.

But that is not the case, and there are thousands of ancient manuscripts copies of the Bible that corroborate this.

The Bible is a collection of 66 books written by approximately 44 different authors and yet has 1 consistent message The Bible is a collection of 66 books written by about 40 different authors and yet has 1 consistent message

Prediction #1 By The Bible

The first prediction is that Jesus, the Savior of the world, would be born.

This was spoken by a prophet named Isaiah.

He wrote one of the books of the Bible called Isaiah, and that book was written between 740 and 680 BC.

In that book, he wrote this verse in Isaiah 7:14,

"Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel."
So what Isaiah is saying here seems to be an oxymoron.

How can a virgin conceive and bear a son if she doesn't have relations with a man?

Well, that is precisely what the Gospels document in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

For example, Matthew in his gospel account is writing about Mary giving birth to Jesus.

In Mathew 1:21-23, Mathew writes about Mary,

"She will bear a son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet: 'Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel.'”

What Matthew is saying here is that the birth of Jesus through the Virgin Mary was a fulfillment of the prediction that was made by Isaiah.

But Wait, What if You Have a Skeptical Mind, Like Me?

Now, here's something that's amazing but if you have a skeptical mind as I do, then the amazingness can be zapped away immediately.

You might be thinking things like, "Well how do we know that Matthew didn't just make stuff up? Maybe he knew about that ancient prophecy by Isaiah, and he just added it to his book for whatever malicious motives he had?"

Or maybe you're skeptical because you think there's a possibility that Matthew was just making stuff up and that there's a possibility that Jesus didn't even exist in the first place.

All of the skepticism that you have isn't a bad thing.

I've had these thoughts myself, and that's why I want to discuss these objections.

So the first objection is how do we know that Matthew didn't just make stuff up and reference Isaiah's prophecy in his gospel account?

Well, when you do your research on the Internet about how Matthew died, you find that most people will reference that he was persecuted and killed for his faith in Ethiopia.

Now there are many people who are willing to die for what they believe to be true, but are there any people who are willing to die and even be tortured for what they know is a lie?

skeptical man about religion It's okay to have a skeptical mind about religion, but you have to be aware of your biases.

Imagine This...

Here, let me make my point. I want you to imagine that you are walking down an alley.

All of a sudden, a crazy man pops out of nowhere.

He asks you, "What's your name?"

But you're taken by surprise, so you don't answer the crazy man.

Then, he takes out a gun out of his pocket, and he points out towards you, and he asks you, "What is your name?!"

So you tell him your name.

He responds while still pointing the gun at you, "No, that is not your name! Your name is John!"

So you, because you are being held at gunpoint, agree with the crazy man by saying, "Sure, sure, my name is John! Whatever you say, man!"

After all, that's the sensible thing to do because you don't want to get shot just because a crazy man thinks that your name is John.

And in a sense, that's the kind of the same thing that happened to Matthew.

The Ethiopians asked Mathew to stop sharing the gospel and to reverse his witness about Jesus.

So if he were lying, just like you and I, he would have said, "Oh yeah sure, sorry about all that stuff I said before about Jesus being born of a virgin and all the other stuff that I wrote in my gospel. I was lying; those things aren’t true of course!"

If Mathew was lying, then immediately he would have admitted it at the first threat of being tortured and killed.

Plus, he has nothing to gain by lying.

But that's not what happened.

Instead, the apostle Matthew stayed true to his story and stuck to his guns and maintained that what he wrote was the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help him, God!

And he ended up dying for his testimony.

So do you see what I mean when I say that somebody might be willing to die for what they think is true, but nobody is willing to die for a lie?

So if Matthew was lying, then after he got threatened of torture and death unless he changes his witness account, then he would have immediately taken the deal and recanted.

But that's not what happened.

The apostle Mathew ended up dying for his faith.

By today's standards for eyewitness testimony in a court of law, Mathew would be considered a highly reliable witness.

But Wait, Did Jesus Even Exist in the First Place?

The other objection that you might have is that Jesus never existed or that Matthew was making stuff up.

Well, there has been a lot of scholarly work that has been done around whether Jesus existed or not.

An examination of early historical writings corroborates that Jesus did exist.

For example, you can look up the writings of

  • Polycarp, the Bishop of Smyrna or
  • Irenaeus of Lyons, or
  • Justin Martyr,
All of these authors mention "Jesus the Messiah" in their books.

Jesus of Nazareth is also mentioned in Jewish writings like the Talmud and Mishna.

He's also mentioned by Jewish historians like Flavius Josephus as well as secular historians like Cornelius Tacitus and Pliny the Younger.

You believe that Julius Caesar existed and there is much less written about him than Jesus!

Jesus isn't about religion He's about relationship There's overwhelming archaeological and historical evidence that Jesus existed.

But Wait, What if the Apostle Mathew Was Delusional?

Another objection that you might have about Matthew and what he wrote about the prediction that Jesus would be born is that he was simply delusional.

But I want you to consider this scenario.

Imagine you are in a classroom with 10 people.

As you are in the classroom, Professor Smith walks into the room for a few minutes, and then he walks out.

If you were to ask all 10 people in the room if they saw Professor Smith, they would say, "Well, of course, yes, Professor Smith was here!"

And that's precisely what you have with the Bible.

It's not just Matthew that writes about Jesus, but you also have all the other gospel accounts, as well as the writings of Paul, Peter, James, and the other New Testament writers.

And that's just considering the authors of the books of the Bible.

But then take into consideration the writings of first-century Christians, and you'll begin to see that the possibility that all of this was just one big delusion or conspiracy is pretty much impossible.

So that's all about the first prediction which was written by Isaiah around the seventh century BC, and it came true around the turn-of-the-century and is written about by Matthew.

So now, let's take a look at the second prediction.

Prediction #2 By the Bible

The second prediction that the Bible got 100% correct has to do with King Cyrus rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem.

Almost 150 years before Cyrus, king of Persia even became king, the prophet Isaiah had made a prophecy that there was going to be a king by the name of Cyrus who would rebuild the Jewish Temple.

Now, this was something that was unfathomable back then, and it's a prediction that’s extremely specific.

Imagine This...

I want you to imagine that you lived during the gold rush days in the mid-1800's.

So you know, you live during those times where there are saloons, cowboys, and everybody gets around on horseback.

Imagine one day, you're sitting in a saloon when all of a sudden, a cowboy speaks up and says, "In the future, buildings will be tall towers and will reach to the sky.

"Many years from now, there will be two twin towers that will stand tall in the city of New York.

"But two steel birds will crash into the buildings and bring the two towers down.

"However, a new building will be rebuilt in their place, and it will be magnificent, and millions of people will visit it each year."

If you were in that saloon and you heard that cowboy making that prediction, you would think he is crazy, right?

So would I.

I mean who in the world can imagine buildings being built in a way that they would reach the sky if you lived in the 1800’s?

And yet this cowboy is saying that buildings are going to be so tall and that two airplanes are going to crash into them.

That’s what the cowboy mean when he referred to the “two steel birds.”

Oh and by the way, what in the world is an airplane?

In the 1850's airplanes hadn't even been invented yet.

And yet, these tall skyscrapers were going to be destroyed and then a new building was going to replace them?

Well, now that we look back, we know that of course all of this came true about the twin towers in New York on 9/11.

9/11 twin towers prediction
If someone in the 1800's predicted that 9/11 would happen, you'd be pretty amazed, right? This is precisely what the Bible did with the prediction about King Cyrus rebuilding the Jewish temple 150 years before it happened.

But That's Exactly What Happened

And so as crazy as that prediction would seem to somebody listening to it in the mid-1800s, that's precisely what the prophet Isaiah did 150 years before the Jewish temple was rebuilt.

The prophet Isaiah, who was given advanced information by God, predicted 150 years before this ever happened that a king would give the command to rebuild the Jewish temple and that it would be rebuilt by a king by the name of Cyrus.

At the time, Cyrus was not even born yet!

Pretty crazy, right?

See, I told you, one of the best ways to authenticate if a religion is true is to test its ability to accurately predict the future.

By the way, this prediction can be found in the book of Isaiah 44:28 where God says,

“Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd, and he shall fulfill all my purpose’; saying of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be built,’ and of the temple, ‘Your foundation shall be laid.’”
So there you go. Now, on to the third prediction.

Prediction #3 By The Bible

The third prediction that I want to share with you has to do with the birth of Israel as a nation.

Jewish people did not have a nation of their own after the Roman Empire was conquered.

They were scattered and lived all over the world.

Yet hundreds of years ago, God, through the prophet Jeremiah, predicted that one day, God would gather all of the Jewish people and that Israel would become a nation once again.

There are multiple prophecies that predicted this in the Bible, but today I'm going to share with you from Jeremiah twenty-three verses seven and eight. And this is what it says,

"Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when they shall no longer say, ‘As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,’ but ‘As the Lord lives who brought up and led the offspring of the house of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.’ Then they shall dwell in their own land.”
Amazing, right?

Now, Here's the Scary Prediction by the Bible That's Coming Soon

Now, I promised you today that I would also share with you one prediction that the Bible makes about the future that has still not come to pass yet.

This prediction will affect you, your future, and your family's future.

It's so shocking that it boggles the mind.

And you can already see that this prediction is going to come true sometime soon.

When it does come true, you’ll want to be prepared or else you and your family are going to be in a terrible spot.

So what is this prediction and how is it going to affect you?

I'm going to share with you what this prediction is in just a minute.

But before I do, I have to give you a little bit of background information about a new technology that is going to revolutionize the world.

Have you heard about blockchain technology?

You probably haven't.

Well, let me ask you this, have you heard of Bitcoin?

You probably have.

Bitcoin is one of the digital currencies that has taken the world by surprise.

Bitcoin The technology that built Bitcoin was predicted by the Bible almost 2,000 years ago.

Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency to use blockchain technology to create the world's first digital or cryptocurrency back in 2009.

Digital currencies were something that an elite group of cryptographers dreamed about for almost 10 years before they were ever created.

The dream is to have no longer what we call fiat currency.

Fiat currency refers to the paper currency that we use today like the US dollar or the Japanese Yen.

A long time ago, all currencies used to be backed up by gold.

That means that for every dollar that was printed, it had to have that same amount of it in gold reserves.

This gave value to the dollar.

But the gold standard was removed by President Richard Nixon in 1971.

That meant that the US government could print their own money out of thin air because it didn't have to have any money in gold reserves.

Pretty soon, other governments around the world also removed the gold standard from their currency too.

And that's precisely why inflation occurs today.

Inflation means that prices of goods continue to rise because the value of your money is decreasing.

That’s because the more money that the government prints out of thin air, the more that there is a supply of it, and the less value that it has.

The rarer that something is, the more value that it has, and the more common that something is, the less value that it has.

Using fiat currencies leaves the economy vulnerable to recessions, economic collapses, and a whole bunch of other catastrophic problems.

The Unsolvable Problem Gets Solved

So for a long time, an elite group of cryptographers was working on their cryptocurrency projects trying to create digital currencies to solve the problem of inflation, currency manipulation, and other issues that are caused by fiat currencies.

But there was one huge problem that these cryptographers couldn't figure out.

This problem was something called the double spend problem.

So to illustrate this, I want you to imagine that you have a dollar in your hand.

You can go to the store and buy yourself a Coke right now, and there wouldn't be any problems.

But the problem with digital currency is that you can duplicate files that are on your computer.

So for example, if you have an MP3 file and you're listening to a song, you can easily copy that file and send it to a friend.

And this is pretty much the problem that you have today with piracy.

It's the same thing with digital currencies.

If you have files on your computer that represent coins or currency that you can spend, well, what's preventing you from copying those coins and sending them to different vendors to buy different things?

So let's say for example that you have 500 digital coins and you're in the market to buy a laptop.

Now, let's say that you have many vendors that will accept digital coins.

Theoretically, you can send 500 digital coins to Amazon and buy a laptop, but then you can also copy those 500 digital coins and send them to Best Buy and buy a laptop there as well.

So this has always been the problem that no cryptographer could figure out how to solve for about a 10 years.

And this is called the double spend problem when it comes to cryptocurrencies.

But then, in 2009, one cryptographer made a breakthrough.

Satoshi Nakamoto published online in his white paper on Bitcoin, and he showed his solution of how to solve the double spend problem.

Now, Nakamoto is just an alias for the founder of Bitcoin, and we don't know the true identity of who he is.

But this person released his Bitcoin paper and his technology and put it out on the Internet.

He alerted the other cryptographers that were in his community about what he had just launched.

Lo and behold, they observed that his solution to the double spend problem actually worked.

This is how blockchain technology was born.

blockchain technology bitcoin The blockchain is the underlying technology of Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies that exist today.

Blockchain and the Bible

So what does this have to do with predictions in the Bible?

Around 95 A.D., the apostle John writes about an amazing prediction in the Bible that would come true hundreds of years later.

The apostle John in the book of Revelation writes about the end times and about an apocalyptic time that is known as the great tribulation.

During this time of the great tribulation, there's going to be a time of great calamity, wars, and all sorts of evil things.

Now get this, one of the things that the apostle John predicts is that there will be a one world currency.

A one world currency was never possible because the technology to create it did not even exist.

Until now.

Now that we have blockchain technology, it’s possible to create a one world cryptocurrency.

I’m not saying that Bitcoin is going to be that one world currency.

But what I’m saying is that because of Bitcoin, it paved the way to be able to create a one world currency.

And now with globalization and the job market being so international, you can see how we are getting closer to having a one world currency.

So imagine going anywhere in the world and being able to buy and sell anything you want without going through currency exchanges or banks.

Pretty convenient, right?

So let me share with you the verse in the Bible by the apostle John that predicts this one world currency.

It’s found in Revelation 13:16-17.

In this Bible passage, John refers to the antichrist, a biblical figure who is going to emerge on the scene during the great tribulation and is going to be a world leader and will deceive the entire world into believing that he is the Messiah, the savior of the world.

And this is what the Bible says that this antichrist is going to do when it comes to a one world currency,

“Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.”
So during this time of great tribulation, all the people of the world are going to be forced to take a mark on their right hand or on their forehead.

Many people think that the mark on the hand on the forehead is some kind of chip that can be scanned or swiped and this kind of technology already exists today.

So if you are alive during that time of great tribulation, then you're going to be forced to have to take this mark of the beast so that you can buy or sell something.

So you might be thinking, “Well that’s cool, so what’s the big deal?”

Well actually, it’s a huge deal.

The great tribulation was predictied in the Bible by the Christian religion If you're alive during the period that the Bible calls, "The Great Tribulation," then you are in for some evil times.

Here is a critical point...

Taking the mark of the beast will seem like a good idea because then you'll be able to buy and sell.

  • You can buy food and water
  • You can buy medicine and clothes for your family
  • You can continue to work at your job and get paid
But here’s the thing...

If you choose to get the mark of the beast, then you are choosing to worship the antichrist and give him your allegiance.

You will be worshiping Satan.

You will be breaking the first of the Ten Commandments.

In the first commandment, God says,

"You shall have no other gods before Me.”
If you worship the antichrist, then you are placing another god before the true God of heaven.

Receiving the mark of the beast has a severe consequence.

One of the strongest warnings and worst consequences in the Bible applies to anyone who receives the mark of the beast.

In Revelation 14 verses 9-11, it says,

“If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God's wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb."And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

Holy smokes!

It’s a bad day for you if you are here during the great tribulation and you choose to take the mark of the beast.

Or should I say, it’s a very bad eternity for you if you are left behind and you take the mark of the beast.

And your choice will be either take the mark of the beast so you can buy or sell or die.

Don't Get Left Behind

So my friend, I do not want you to be left behind.

God promises that He will save His true children from this time of great tribulation.

So how you become a true child of God?

Well, the first step that you need to take today is to admit that you are a sinner.

Here’s a quick quiz to see if you’re a sinner.

Have you always put God as the number one priority in your life?

I know that I haven’t.

For many years, money was the number one priority in my life.

All I cared about was about making more money so that I can get rich and live a lifestyle that I dreamed about.

Whatever is the number one priority in your life then that is what your God is.

The very first commandment out of the 10 Commandments is that you shall have no other gods before God Himself.

So if God is not the number one priority in your life, then you have a different God that you are following.

Oh, I’m sure that you aren’t physically bowing down to money, health, or relationships.

But whatever is taking the place of God as the number one priority in your life, then that is the god that you worship.

woman_praying to god Christian religion The 1st commandment in the 10 Commandments is to make God the #1 priority in your life. Have you always done that? I haven't.

Here’s another question...

Have you ever taken God’s name in vain?

For example, have you ever said God followed by the word d-a-m-n?

I have.

I’ve done it lots of times.

That’s called blasphemy.

It’s taking the name of the God who gave you life and using it as a cuss word to express disgust.

It’s a very a serious offense to God, and we shouldn’t be doing it.

Onto the next question.

Have you ever stolen something even if it was something small?

I have.

When I was a kid, I used to go to a friend of mine’s house who had these small little superhero toys.

I asked my parents to buy me these toys, but they refused.

So after I would go to my friend's house and play with him, I would take one of those toys and put it in my pocket and go home with it.

Yeah, it’s not exactly my finest moment 😀.

And even when I got older, sometimes at some of the places that I worked I would steal.

I would take office supplies with me home like pens, pencils, and even notepads.

I would justify it by just saying that these items were a part of my compensation.

But that’s not true.

I was stealing.

How about you?

Have you ever stolen something?

Have you ever stolen any money from your parents?

I did that some times too.

Onto the next question.

Have you ever lusted after someone?

That means have you ever looked upon someone with sexual desire?

I have, plenty of times.

The Bible says that if you look upon someone to lust after them, then you have already committed adultery with them in your heart.

And in today’s world, many people take the thoughts a step further and actually have premarital sex or extramarital sex.

And whether it’s just a lustful thought or the real act, the Bible says that this is wrong.

So have you looked with lust or done the act of having premarital or extramarital sex?

In God’s eyes, you and I are fornicators or adulterers, and that is a sin.

How about this...

How many lies have you told in your life?

For me, I would have to say that I’ve probably told tens of thousands of lies.

I’ve told small lies like when I lied to my mom and said, “No mom, it was not me who ate the last cookie, it was my sister!”

And I also told some pretty big lies like when I cheated on a math exam in college, and I got caught.

Lying is most definitely a sin in God’s eyes and you, and I shouldn’t do it.

But who are you kidding, of course, we lie, and it’s bad when we do!

So that’s just looking at a few of God’s Commandments.

Are You Innocent or Guilty?

So if God has to judge you on Judgment Day based on the 10 Commandments, are you going to be found innocent or guilty?

If you’re honest, then you’re going to be found guilty of breaking these laws.

Judge gavel
We all have to face God one day after we die to give an account to Him for what we thought and did while here on earth.

But you might be thinking, “But Peter, I don’t do these things anymore.”

Well, let me ask you this.

Imagine that there was a murderer who was in front of a judge and the murderer says, “Judge, I think you should let me go because I don’t murder any more people!”

Would you agree that the judge is going to say, “It doesn’t matter that you no longer murder! All that matters is that you killed somebody and now you have to pay the price for what you’ve done!”

It’s the same way with God.

Even if you say that you don’t do those things anymore, and who are you kidding, you and I are sinful people who do immoral things, then God is still going to hold you accountable for what you’ve already done.

Or you might be thinking, “But Peter, I’m a good person. I do my best to help people and be kind to them. Surely, that must count for something?”

Well, let me ask you this...

If there was a murderer that was standing in front of a judge and he said to the judge, “But Judge, I do my best to help people, and be kind to them. Surely that must count for something?”

Would you agree that the judge is going to say, if he is a just judge that is, “It doesn’t matter that you help people now. It doesn’t erase what you have already done in the past!”

So if you are going to be found guilty of breaking the Ten Commandments, are you going to go to heaven or hell?

I hope you said hell because that’s exactly where I was going too before I gave my life to Jesus.

If you are on your way to hell, does it concern you that if you died today, you’d end up in a terrible place that was created for the devil and his demons?

I sure hope so, my friend.

God does not want you to go to hell.

That’s why he created a way for you to not go to hell and to go to heaven.

Here’s what you have to do.

I want you to imagine that you're swimming in the ocean.

It’s a beautiful sunny day, and you’re having a grand time swimming.

All of a sudden, a strong current sweeps in and starts to pull you down.

Your head goes underneath the water, and you try to swim out of it.

But the current is too strong.

You begin swallowing water and choking.

You have a hard time breathing.

You try to swim against the current, but it’s just too strong.

Oh no, you’re going to die!

But suddenly, a lifeguard comes by, and he sees that you’re drowning.

He throws you a life vest.

You put on that life vest, and now you float your way to the top.

Ah, you're safe from drowning because that life vest has caused you to float.

And that’s precisely what you need to do with Jesus.

Jesus is the life vest that will get you out of hell and into heaven.

You can’t save your life if it depended on you.

But God can.

All you have to do is put your trust in Jesus the same way that you would put your trust in a life vest to save your life when drowning.

You can’t save your life, but only God can.

So believe in Jesus, repent of your sins, and you will avoid eternal damnation and receive eternal life.

Does that make sense?

I hope it does and if you have any questions, feel free to message me using this contact page.

Jesus is your life vest
Jesus is your life vest. You can't save your life but only He can. Put your trust in Jesus and no one else.

Now, Over to You
