It's clear that Christmas has no Christian origin. Even the Roman Catholic Church know this and admit it openly. Christmas began when Constantine the Roman Emperor at that time claimed to have been converted to Christianity.

In an attempt to keep the peace in the empire - Because Christians had been widely persecuted for years under emperors like Nero. He decided to fuse the pagan celebration of the Sun with the birth of Jesus Christ.

Christians of that day also saw it as a way to finally put a stop to the persecution, they followed along. Of course some didn't. And this led to them being killed also.

Such action was sactioned but the emperor and the Church (The Catholic Church). The inquisitions is one such action recorded in history where many Christians were killed.

I don't celebrate Christmas because it's of pagan origin, nowhere in the bible was it ordered. The early Christians didn't celebrate it. And true children of God shouldn't either.

Thanks.
