Last week i visited Hamburg and Helgoland for one week and really enjoyed my my holiday there. In Hamburg i did a lot of Cityscapephotography and in Helgoland my main topic was animalphotography with some landscape as well. I went there with 2 friends of mine and we really had a lot of fun there. We visited the Docklands and the harbour of hamburg wich is one of the biggest in the world. It's pretty amazing how many and how big ships are unloading there.

At the Docklands there where some interesting buildings that where enlighted at the evening. I love it when there's enough light on the building at sunset because then you can make impressive evening shots, and pictures in the blue hour. Unfortunately so many poeple where also visiting these places, and even with longtime exposure you couldn't get rid of most of them.

A lot of container ships from China where in the docks when we where there. The Cranes unloaded the containers to trucks and trains. depending on which dock they where. A lot of goods from China come here to fit the european needs in several countries. The price of shipping a container from China to Europe is about 1000 USD a container. When whe where there we saw a lot of container ships unloading at the docks.

The Elbpilharmonie is a 866 million euro building in hamburg which was in the media because of its high price and the problems with the completion. It was planed to be finished in 2010 but because of problems they finished the building in 2016 wich much higher cost and a big time difference. We also visited the City Hall of Hamburg and many other buildings in the city. It was a pretty nice holiday and i am looking forward to see it once again maybe in some year.

Follow und Resteem!
Danke dir.
