Never take Mother Nature for granted
I had hoped to get out today to catch a sunrise or Sunset, but I am feeling a bit run down today so decided to take it easy, so instead I will share a couple of shots I have previously taken at Gulf beach here in Milford.
But before I do let me apologize if I have not been very active with visiting and commenting for the last day, I have been chilling on the couch watching shows and movies with my wife for most of the time other than when sleeping overnight, but hopefully tomorrow I will be more active, well I have to be and do some photo editing so I have photos for posts for this coming week :)
This first photo I share was a night with quite heavy clouds and I wasnt sure we would get much color, but Mother nature loves to surprise us especially at sunrises and sunsets, never take anything for granted, and on this evening we got some lovely colors

And for this second shot it was the opposite when I got to the beach there was a few clouds and I thought it may lead to a lovely colorful sunset, but the clouds moved away and the sunset was quite mild but still so beautiful

Sorry to hear that you haven't been well JJ but pleased to hear you followed your instincts and relaxed. I enjoy my computer free days too and I think it is important to have a break even if we are feeling great. I always come back refreshed and energized. I am amazed by Mother Nature’s colors also. Sometimes they change so fast. Your sunset pics are perfect. 😊 I was feeling down too, maybe it’s the change of season. I stayed in, despite the beautiful weather, but I finished my canvas art, so it was a great accomplishment.
Ohh yes it amazes me how it can change so quick its incredible to see some times, Maybe it is the change of season, and how cool you finished your canvas art ;)

thanks for your visit, and yes from one day to the next and sometimes from one minute to the next it can be so different thats what I really love about sunrises and sunsets
Yes, take it easy for a while, my friend, and have a good night, because tomorrow will be a new day and everything shall be fine again.
These two shots are great, each one has its own beauty: The first one has such dramatic clouds and colors, while the second photo shows a beautiful smooth gradient color range from orange to the blue sky.
And now it is a new day, feeling a little better today, but will be sensible and take it easy for at least the morning and see what I fell up to this afternoon, I was up early enough to head out to catch the sunrise and was so tempted but common sense took over and I stayed in editing photos
It's good to hear that you're feeling better. Listen to your inner voice and slow down until you feel better - beautiful sunrises will always be around ... and one day you will have to edit the photos anyway ;)
Thats what I am doing my young days of ignoring my Inner voice are behind me, and I have a busy week ahead so best to be sensible ;)
We were all young and did not listen - not to our parents and not to our inner voice, but we were cool ;)
Now, that we are older, we know better and we do listen, at least most times ;)
Awe nice! It's sweet to enjoy cozy movie days with someone you love. I am enjoying snuggles with my nephews they are watching Treehouse as i Steem away :) oh yeah, Nice classic sunset shots too @tattoodjay 🌅
