Tiramisu提拉米苏【CN区美食活动#3】—甜品

Hi, steemit friends!^_^

Tiramisu, a dessert in Italy, such a popular dessert since the mid-1980s.We went to a restaurant few days ago and ate tiramisu for dessert.

As we know, in cheesecake and all kinds of desserts, like chocolate mousse, tiramisu, vanilla pudding, everything that's cooled in the supermarket, there's gelatin to make it look good.

TIRAMISU literally means "pick me up" in Italy. The dessert tastes wonderfully smooth and cool, who will not be willing to take it home?

今天和大家分享的美食是一种甜点——提拉米苏。

提拉米苏，为意大利的一种甜点，这一种甜点自1980年代中期开始流行。我们一些天之前在一家餐馆吃饭，甜点是爱之丘提拉米苏。在起司蛋糕和各种各样的甜点比如巧克力慕斯，提拉米苏，香草布丁， 以及超市所有冷藏的食物里，都添加了明胶来保持食物美观。这就是为什么它们外观看起来有光泽的原因。

在意大利文里提拉米苏(Tiramisu)的意思是“带我走，拉我起来”意指吃了此等美味，就会幸福得飘飘然、宛如登上仙境。

其实我平时是个很少吃甜食的人，原因有二。一是我喜欢吃辣吃酸比较多，甜食除了冰淇淋其他的没有特别的爱；二是最近女生养生护肤都在提倡“抗糖抗老化”的思想。在平时餐饮中过多的摄入糖分，会加速皮肤氧化老化，也更容易脸上爆痘（虽然我平时吃再辣也不长痘）。

网上甚至有种传言说，糖吃过多，你天天晚上敷SK2的前男友面膜也救不回来的。所以护肤这个事儿还是要从饮食和运动上下手，自内而外的调控自己的身体，护肤品只是外界的一种手段，替代不了体内的物质变化产生的影响。

(⊙o⊙)…额，明明是谈美食，我好像扯远了些，哈哈
