还记得之前介绍的卷腹吗?今天来看看和它相似的V字卷腹吧!

1, 仰卧在瑜伽垫上,双腿双手分别向上向下伸展,双腿并拢。
2,抬起上半身和双腿,尽可能的使手和腿靠近。然后停留2秒,回到1的动作但可以不躺下,这样可以使腹部保持持续紧缩。
3,重复1、2动作。
