Malaysian Breakfast Delights 《马来西亚早餐》

早安各位！我们啊，每一天最烦恼的问题是什么？就是，“今天早餐吃什么”？，“午餐吃什么”？ ， “晚餐吃什么”？，甚至“宵夜吃什么”的问题都出现阿。那么今天呢就和大家介绍在马来西亚我们早餐会吃什么吧！肚子饿地你们准备好了吗？（大家都知道马来西亚有3大种族：华人，马来人和印度人。)

Good morning everyone! Each of us everyday will be kept thinking that, today what gonna to eat? What to have for breakfast? What to have for lunch? What to have for dinner? And even what to have for supper too? So, this kind of matters keep appear to us daily. Today, im gonna share with you that in Malaysia's our breakfast will have alots of choices! For those who are hungry, are you ready now for foods hunting? (Everyone knows that Malaysia's cover with 3 big races with is Chinese, Malay and Indian)

For the simple of Indian's breakfast just only roti canai have alots of choices which is roti telur, roti planta, roti tissue, roti boom and so many more too. In Malay words: "roti" is mean bread.

椰浆饭(中国朋友叫辣死你妈) 我喜欢的辣椒是带点甜味的，最好吃. 但是卡路里也是最高的一个。

Nasi Lemak is one of the the favourite breakfast meals for Malaysia peoples! As its simple, tasty, and full enough of the tummy, but the calories will be the highest. I like the spicy taste to bring some a little bit sweet taste.

云吞面，和一些炸云吞，叉烧肉，一点蔬菜，最重要就是隔壁的小碟青辣椒一起配吃！绝棒！

Wantan Noodles will including of some fried wantan which is included of pork or chicken meat, some shop will wrap with prawns meat too, mixed with cha siew meat, a little bit of veges, and the most important is the green chillies to mix together eat it! Taste nice!

有些人会喜欢早上吃肉骨茶

Some of the people love to eat bah kut tea as their breakfast too. Bah Kut Tea is mixed all the pork's meats and cooked with alots of herbs.

点心,不只香港人很爱也是大马人的最爱。

Dim Sum, not only Hong Kong peoples loves it, but Malaysian also do love it!

马来人的茶粿主要由糯米、块茎、绿豆粉和椰奶制成，过程繁杂耗时。

The Malay samovar is mainly made of glutinous rice, tubers, mung bean flour and coconut milk, and took time to produce it.

偏向华人的娘惹茶粿九层糕、红龟粿

Nyonya tea, nine-layer cake, red turtle, which is biased towards Chinese

油炸鬼、夹粽、马脚

Yao zha gui, kiap zong and ma jiao , all this drink with soya is the best.

Pan Mee is one of the favourite's breakfast.

经济米粉面(虽然现在已经不经济了)

Ecnomy fried mee hoon which is local people said is the most cheaper's breakfast that you can take (but now no more economy anymore)

传统早餐:生熟蛋、烤面包

The most traditional breakfast: half boil egg and bread toast.

小时候的最爱milo配苏打饼,永远都不吃腻的早餐。

When i was young, Milo combined with biscuits is the best breakfast which wont feel boring at all the time.
