今天来煮一碗番薯芋头糖水，番薯有各种功效，可以蒸着吃，烤着吃，我喜欢煮糖水吃，加点芋头味道更好。七大功效：1、预防动脉硬化。2、护眼。3、预防感冒。4、减肥。5、平衡酸碱度。6、预防结肠癌。7、美容排毒。

我先把番薯和芋头的皮削干净，切成小块。I first peel the sweet potato and taro and cut them into small pieces.

加黄糖，加水，然后放进高压锅里煮20分钟左右，就可以了。Add sugar, add water, then put it into a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes or so.

很怀念小时候的打瓮番薯，又叫打土窑，爸爸在家里的院子里面，把地里的泥土一挖成一块块的，然后一层层叠起来像小塔一样，放柴在下面大火把泥土烧的火烫，接着在塔上面开个口把番薯放进去，再把土窑用棍子打倒，敲压平泥土，大概过一个小时吧，把番薯找出来，就能吃了。小时候觉的番薯太好吃了。其实是过程很有趣，现在想带孩子去体验一下，都找不到地方了。
