2015年4月，四川青年刘大蔚网购24支仿真枪，一审以走私武器罪被判处无期徒刑。8月福建省高院驳回刘大蔚上诉，维持原判。刘大蔚不服判决坚持在狱中申诉，终于在2016年10月18日，福建省高院作出再审决定，但此后案件一直没有进展。直到2018年8月2日，福建省高院才通知刘大蔚辩护律师徐昕及刘大蔚父母，法院将于8月10日上午开庭审理此案。千古奇案，谨请各位关注。
