Company trip to Bali travelog #1 工事出游巴厘岛旅游记（一）

With much anxious, unwillingness, commitment, I woke up 4am in the morning, gathered with the team of colleagues at the check in terminal by 6am. Flight was on time, and I can see it from the waiting lounge. You see, I'm the guy who always like to scare myself with much imagination of MayDay/Air Crash Investigation, but I knew it in actual fact that the airline accidents are the least happen against all other form of transport.

带着劳累的身心灵，大清早四点钟就爬起床，然后六点钟到了国际机场与同事们回合。我乘坐的班机也准时到达，这图是在等候室里往外拍的。我，是那种患了飞机恐惧症的人，每每都在想着一些航空意外纪录片的片段，看着飞机想着堕机，心情百般复杂。虽然我知道航空意外的比例比起其他交通意外来的额外的少，但是心里面的恐惧还是不自由主的控制着我的情绪。

Every heard of an Asean term - eat the plane? It simply means having an in flight meal! Malaysia Airline' food is known to be one of the best for it's taste and variety. I had my sweet sour chicken rice, it taste... horrible. The chicken has very strong frozen smell. The fried rice are really dried, and the only piece of vegetable is also not crunchy. You seen a piece of cookie behind the water? That piece of cookie taste better than the chicken.

有没听过别惹能说“吃飞机”？其实是一些俗语，意思是在飞机上用膳。马来西亚航空公司的航空餐可说是世界数一数二的，所以我这次算有幸吃得到。我点了甜酸鸡饭（鸡咕噜肉），味道实在... ... 难吃。鸡还有一种冷藏太久的冰库味道。炒饭也很干，菜也煮得太熟。看到饮用水后面有一块饼干吧？那饼干比这咕噜鸡饭好吃得多了。

Anyway, this packet of roast peanut really made up what it shorts from the in flight meal. The nuts are well roasted and still fresh with decent salt to give a pinch of taste to the highly fragrant piece.

这包花生就真的很不错了。花生烤得很均匀，还带了些咸味增添了不少味蕾上的刺激。

Happily arrived at Denpasar Airport. Take a look, according to the officials, this is the 2nd highest traffic airport in Indonesia, 2nd to Jakarta International Airport. For me, this is not the first time I visit Indonesia, but this indeed is the first time landed in Bali Island, which does have difference compare to Jawa Island. Over here, people wear Sarung(slip cover that more resemblance to a Scottish kilt), a traditional style of Balinese people would wear like this. Overall, weather is similar to Malaysia, in fact I felt it's less humid and less warm compare to my home country.

终于到达了巴厘岛的Denpasar机场。据说这里就是全印度尼西亚第二繁忙的飞机场，第一的是雅加达。对我来说，已经不是第一次踏足印尼这篇土地，但是巴厘岛倒是第一次，跟上次到爪哇岛的感觉很不同。这里的人都穿传统服装包沙龙。整体来说，这里跟马来西亚很相像，不过感觉上这里好像比马来西亚凉快而且没有那么潮湿。

You see, even at the airport, I already can see such beautiful cultural influenced buildings and decorations everywhere!

在飞机场门口就已经看到了文化遗迹？！不，这里的文化影响深远。几乎每一个角落都充满了巴厘的传统装饰。

Take a look at these people. They walk under the sun with long sleeves. I did mentioned I felt cooler here in Bali compare to my home country. This picture said it all, or it's the people in Bali has a higher tolerance in heat compare to Malaysian?

看到没，中午大热天竟然可以穿长袖在太阳下步行！如果我说这里比马来西亚凉快不成立，那么就是巴厘人的耐热程度比马来西亚人来得高。

在机场附近的一个交通圈拍到了这一幕。石雕像是兴都神与恶魔打斗的一面。

As a newbie in Bali, everything is so fresh for me. Cultural influences is really great, as almost every few steps I can see traditional structural buildings.

对于一个第一次踏足巴厘岛的人，觉得这里的建筑物都充满了文化气息。

Oh look! Not only we're having an election around the corner, they're having their Bali election as well. What a coincidence.

快看，原来不只是马来西亚将要选举，原来巴厘岛的选举也快要进行了。那么巧呀。

Seriously, I'm the kind of tourist that is dumb enough to snap a photo of a franchised shop. Chatime was one of the big hit in Malaysia few years ago, until a year ago Malaysia has no more rights to use Chatime for some commercial reasons which I plan not to dig into it. Just for the record, I snap this photo as personal collection. The shop next to Chatime is MiniMart , a nationally well known convenient shop in Indonesia, just like any 7-11.

说旅游，我最菜鸟了。什么不拍，就拍这些连锁店干嘛。日出茶太这个连锁点本来在马来西亚是街知巷闻的，就在去年因为谋商业政治决定下不能再继续使用“茶太”而被逼换名，我也不多加解释。总之，我是拍来留念的。茶太隔壁是MiniMart，一个印尼版本七十一的超级连锁便利店。

Roads in Bali is not really wide, barely fit 2 cars from each side. The best part is, these bus drivers seldom use their brakes, but they rather use their honk to keep the other road users alert. Extremely skillful bus driver we had.

在巴厘岛上的马路都很小，刚好够两架车过。而最厉害的是，这里的师傅开车鲜少煞车，都是左拐右闪的一直鸣笛通知前面的其他人闪开。不得不佩服师傅的驾驶功夫。
