Goes back to Bali right after election?! 大选过后又回到巴厘？！

This is the day after Malaysian voting day, so much of excitement chasing over the internet. It's like waiting for lotto number coming up one by one! Hardly sleep the whole night, and once even woke up at 4:30am to check my phone as in what happened to the vote counting. By 6am already jump up and found out the opposition had won the election and declared 2 days off by the new ruling party. Since already promised to meet my client, no point cancelling. Apologize I had to mask myself as you can imagine for the past several days I haven't had enough rest. Look at my face, become so round as well due to recent over exposed myself to highly dangerous chemical product - FOOD.

今天就是大选过后的第一天，心里充满了紧张和期待，几乎都是一直追着互联网看选票计算。感觉应该和等彩票公开一样紧张吧。之前那一晚都没能好好睡，还一度凌晨四点半爬起来抓了手机检查赛情。到了早上六点钟，看到反对党已经胜出而且还放两天假，心里有一种说不出的快活！既然之前已经跟顾客相约吃早餐，还是出去了大家一起用早餐。我将图片修改了一下，原因是如果大家有看我的博客都知道我最近这一整个星期都是行程满满的，几乎都没有好好休息过。再加上最近被一种叫做美食的化学物品严重的影响了我的生理心理发展，没看到我的脸在短时间里面变圆了吗？

Afternoon, went to several malls to hangout since weather is seriously hot. Also, taking some drive around since there's little to no traffic on the road, manage to test out my 1st tank of petrol being used with the lately swapped in engine. Fuel consumption is quite acceptable and I'm very happy with the "new" engine being transplanted.
中午开着车子到外面去走走，因为天气实在太热了，就到分别几间商场去逛街乘凉。由于公假，街道上实属难得的清静，开着车子心情也特别好，得以试试看我最近替换的发动机到底有多节省。看着好像不错，相当节省燃料。对这颗“新”的发动机极度满意。

As I walked past the ground floor of Atria Shopping Gallery, I smell BBQ and my saliva backflow and almost chocked myself! Hence I crashed into this place called Naughty Nuri's which served - Balinese food! Now I get to compare it from what I tried just few days ago when I was still in Indonesia!

当我还在逛街时，在Atria商场一楼的角头处嗅到了及其美味的烧烤味，唾沫一直往喉咙里灌差点儿没把自己呛到！一不做二不休，直接往 Naughty Nuri's闯进去。你猜他们是做什么类型的食物？没错！就是印尼巴厘的美食！既然我才早两天从印尼回来，现在可以来做个比较了。

This dish, is marvelous. The pork has been simmer for quite a long time I believe, those ribs can easily separate flesh from the bones. The sauce is a little bit sweet and easy to go down with rice. The sides are different veges and chili paste. If you're not the kind of taste challenger, suggest you take only the greens(which is still a little bit spicy). You wanna guess how much this pot worth? Guess how much for this dish? It's RM10!!! I'm definitely coming back for it again! Why in the hell no one introduce this to me whilst I was still in Bali!!!

开始是这一道焖猪排。猪排骨相信已经被焖了相当久，肉和骨头很容易分开。肉质非常软，配饭送进嘴巴后，好像在舌头上融化的感觉。肉汁鲜甜，拌在饭上面一起吃，非常开胃。盘子旁边的配菜和辣椒切碎也是非常到位。如果你是不爱吃辣的，就只吃青色的好了（也是有一点辣）。你猜这一道值多少？是10马币！！！我现在决定不管如何一定要在短期内再一次光顾！为什么我在巴厘逗留的期间没有人介绍我吃这呢！！！

Follow by pork sate(Satay). This is the dish that we can hardly get in Malaysia. I didnt' get a chance to try this whilst I was in Bali, so I decided to order this. The meat are well done, but I think it's less juicy and or probably it lack of "massage" time during marination? This dish cost RM12. Just to try it out? Yes, worth it. Repeat order? No thanks. For pork sate, I think Thailand did a much better job than this.

接下来就是猪肉沙爹（串烧）。这一道也是在马来西亚少有的一道传统美食。我在巴厘有看到，但是没有机会尝试，所以现在有机会了，怎么都要试试看。肉被烧得很透，但是觉得比较干。可能腌制时少了些“按摩”吧。这一碟要价12马币。说贵，不贵啦，值得一试。但是如果说下次再来？免了。猪肉沙爹，我觉得泰国的比这里好吃多了。

And, this is the last dish I order, Big Pork Platter! 4 different type of pork cooking mixture in 1 plate. Roast pork on the lower left, fermented soybean marinated fry pork on the upper left. Blackpepper sausage and onion sausage. All pork. For RM42, frankly I think I can get much better deal from other Chinese shops. Should I need sausage, I can spend the same amount at a German bar and get myself drunk with sausages.

这是我叫的最后一道，猪肉大拼盘。有四种不同烹饪方法的猪肉。烧肉在左下方，南乳炸肉左上方，然后是黑胡椒香肠，蒜头香肠。老实说，付42马币来买这个，我随时可以找一家华人餐厅就吃得到这种味道了。如果我要吃这种香肠，可以到德国餐厅去都吃得到。

And then, a pleasant surprise. Floor manager sent in this pork rib dish for me as I'm a new customer. My phone number wasn't register with them, hence they give me this as a welcome gift. The taste is super duper marvelous! Even better than the 1 I've taste in Bali just 3 days ago before I try this. The meat as usual, very tender and the BBQ sauce is amazingly good. How much again? Free!!! Will I order this next time? Yes I think I will, but I gotta see how many person eating together. Otherwise had I ordered this for myself, it will ended up in the waste bin.

然后，居然收到了一个惊喜。经理亲自端来了烧排骨，原因是我算是新客户，因为手机号码没有被注册过。这一道烧排骨，实在是美味得达到忘我境界。比起我三天前在巴厘岛上吃的还要美味！别的不说，肉还是一样松软，入口即溶！烧烤酱汁也不会太甜，刚刚好。要花费多少？免费！下次还会在叫来吃吧？我想，应该会。毕竟真的是太饱吃不完就变成浪费了。
