抹茶蕨餅
平時在日式料理餐廳時🍣，一份蕨餅至少也要一兩百塊💰，但其實自己弄的話👨🍳，成本不過是幾十塊而已💴。
(材料基本上可在759買到)
這次我製作的是抹茶味蕨餅🍵。開始前要先把蕨餅倒在比較大的碟上🍽，方便待會操作。
然後就把蕨餅切成小塊(大小視自己口感喜好)，再撒上附帶的抹茶粉🍵。
最後把所有材料均勻地混在一起👨🍳，確保每一顆蕨餅都能完全沾上抹茶粉。
大公報成！
放進口裏，先嚐到抹茶的甘甜味，底下蕨餅的甜味在慢慢湧出，再加上這個黏軟的口感，飯後甜點的一大佳選。

以前日本老师弄过给我吃，
有樱花的糕点，
沾着绿茶粉吃，
糕点很甜很甜，
但绿茶粉有点苦，
中和了味道，
额。。。
其实想和老师说。。。
味道一般，
但最后没说出口，
一番好意的。

雖然綠茶粉是有點苦，但沒了綠茶粉便只剩下超甜的糕，反而會變的太膩，所以兩者合起來還是不錯的🤤
我自己製作的話就不會沾太多綠茶粉，否則吃起來全口都是粉🤢
