Baklava and Cardamom Coffee.2.

There are of course regional variations of the Baklava but the most popular one in Turkey is filled with pistachios. Other alternatives include walnuts or almonds.

Sometimes Baklava is served with ice cream but that's reserved for a warmer day. Today, i'm having the Cardamom coffee. I've never been much of a coffee person but I was told by my tour guide that this is a must try.
