Coinbase is in the top 50 US-based companies

Linkedin has just unveiled its famous ranking of the 50 best companies established in the United States, gauged according to ranges of parameters such as innovation or talent. It is with great surprise that Coinbase takes the 35th step of the podium.

The criteria of the top 50 companies in the United States

Coinbase is the only crypto company listed among the top companies in the United States in 2019.

It is found next to giants like Facebook, Amazon, Salesforce, Alphabet, Deloitte, Uber, Apple or Airbnb.

Linkedln has based its research on the ability of companies to retain and maintain talent.

Job seekers in the United States are many to direct their choice towards these companies which testify to an effervescence of innovations.

In addition, the top 50 is also based on four key factors including the demand for employment within the company, human management, interest in the company and engagement with employees of the company.

A surprising new

Members of the crypto community are quite surprised by this ranking.

Coinbase surpasses Twitter ranked 36th, followed by Intel Corporation, GE, JP Morgan Chase or Nike.

To promote the adoption of crypto-currencies, Coinbase has decided to crypto-remunerate its employees in Bitcoin partially and completely.

About 40% of employees agreed to receive a portion of their salaries in cryptocurrencies.
