Let's give him some recognition and a shout out. It's hard to talk about Asia without mentioning rice growing. Omnipresent throughout the continent, it brings us amazing landscapes and work scenes often touching. This one comes from inside the island of Bali.

Terraced fields in the northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam are very beautiful. Especially when the rice season is ripe, the scene is wonderful!

I was thinking if the image was the Banaue Rice Terraces in the Philippines.
Rice growing and planting is an integral part of life in Asia and Philippines is not exception,
I am saddened though because of the Freetrade policy in our country it is less expensive to import rice from other countries rather than buying locally grown rice. Crazy!
That's the case in many country, exact.
