📷 ColorChallenge - Thursday Green
In my today's post I would like to show you the romana salad (Lactuca sativa var. longifolia). This type of salad was already known in the old Egypt and in the mediterranean area for a few thousand years, but today it is widespread throughout Europe and America. Romana salad is very rich in water and a popular nutrient source. This salad contains a large amount of vitamin C, D vitamins and other minerals. It tastes best with a delicious dressing, along with a main meal.
