Hello dear Steemians!

Today I would like to introduce you to this bowl filled with plums. The scientific name is "Prunus domestica" and they belong to the rose family (Rosaceae). Plums are very popular because of its good taste and the healthy ingredients. The taste of plums is slightly acidic to very sweet, depending on the degree of maturity. To return to the healthy ingredients plums contain numerous substances such as vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, iron, zinc and a few more. Plums also contain large quantities of natural fructose. Also in medicine this fruit is helpful against intestinal problems. By the way, a plum tree can grow up to 5-15 m in height.
