the red stone
The roots lie deeply in the earth,
A blood-red stone can tell you the truth.
It is the first of all wheels and circles,
If we lose the ground, drift off, it'll come out quietly.
In Muladhara the energy of life is in,
From there, all our aspirations begin.
A red, four-petalled lotus is the sign,
There you will find a lot of resentment deeply shine.
This is the spot where security grows,
But when in disbalance, your weirdest shadows will be shown.
There the Kundalini power is hidden,
Rest until it's awakened.

der rote Stein
Die Wurzeln liegen tief vergraben,
Ein blutroter Stein, kann dir das Geheimnis verraten.
Es ist das erste aller Räder und Kreise,
Wenn wir den Boden verlieren, abdriften, dann meldet es sich langsam leise.
Im Muladhara schlummert die Energie des Lebens,
Von da aus beginnt all unser Streben.
Ein roter, vierblättriger Lotus ist das Symbol,
Dort schlummert manch tiefer Groll.
Es soll Sicherheit geben,
In Disbalance jedoch deine Erde wurd beben.
Dort ist die Kundalini Kraft versteckt,
Ruht bis man diese erweckt.
