# COLOR CHALLENGE # INDIGO SATURDAY

Hello everyone !

Today is the indigo saturday.

I show you the basilica of Nuestra Señora de la Elevación or more simply the cathedral of Ambato.
Ambato is the city of fruits and flowers in Ecuador.

It is situated in front of the park Juan Montalvo of the city. It has the distinction of minor Basilica from April, 1961.
At night, it is illuminated what makes her more attractive.

It was built in 1698 then it was destroyed by the earthquake of 1797.
After, it was reconstructed but it is again degraded by a new earthquake in 1949.
Since 1954 it is its definitive structure.
