#ColorChallenge - Chefchaouen, the Blue City
This is my entry for the #colorchallenge Sky Blue Saturday
Located in the Rif Mountains is a previously little-known city nicknamed "The Blue Pearl of Morocco". Taking us about 4 hours bus from Fes bus station, we saw Chefchaouen in the distance and was immediately stunned by its beauty - hundreds of vivid blue buildings and houses straddling the foot of the mountain and surrounding by green.
Take a moment to walk through its spiralling maze of streets and be prepared with a camera, there are spots to photograph everywhere. If you're into the natural high, this is also the best place for hasish, or Kif hash as they locals dub it. Morocco is generally quite leniant but check laws before you go! But if you don't dabble, just get your high from the stunning scenery the city presents to you.
