I had to click on your post just to see what i was looking at the the thumbnail... It looked like you threw a raw tri-tip into the middle of a plant, lol.
The only time I have had rhubarb was as a kid at Knotts Berry Farm (an Amusement park here in So Cal)...
LOL well I forgot to say that is my rhubarb bbq! :-)

Very gone now and so goes the leaves on the
trees, yellow and some falling, the start of
the fast fall into winter!
But..but..I came for the rhubarb pie!! 😊

What a nice looking heart shaped leaf rhubarb has. The center one is certainly very red adding to its heart shape. I used to like Rhubarb pie, and that hint of sourness,
It didn't last long, the red heard of the rhubarb, here today
gone tomorrow. Looking out right now it is all the way gone! lol
A lovely shade of color @shasta. :) That pretty sure is an eye catching rhubard specially if planted amongst all the greens.
They sure are a pretty plant, some can get really huge
with very large leaves, and oh those fall colors they turn
into. Much is changing right before our eyes right now!
