Because that picture is of an emperor scorpion which is a non-lethal breed.
Also many hawks and kites can see ultra violet light and emperor scorpions show as brilliant blue/green in ultraviolet light so it can't even hide.
Seeing the predictions, I'll give it to the hawk already.
The hawk has wings for crying out loud. It would spin the entire room and the scorpion would constantly have to keep turning just to see what's happening.
The hawk will win easily. Look in his confident eyes. He is kind of killing it, life-wise!
Hawk is the winner. Even though hawk can get sting, but is still not enough to kill him. Scorpion 🦂 will get crushed in a matter of seconds.

Hawk will pick up the scorpion and drop him onto some rocks from 100 ft.
Definitely hawk this time. Despite the scorpions sting the hawk will be victorious in the end.
