I am not a person who watches TV as i don't see any meaning, especially when i have a PC and an internet connection. That way i can actually surf the net, check what interests me, the time i want to and without any long-lasting commercials. I like to have a point of view on everything though so using my PC i checked some and i will present them below! (my way)

Survival Shows

Survivor

In my country for many years the reality shows were completely dead but their rebirth started when Survivor came out. The whole set is simple. Take a deserted island, throw some peasants that will form Team A and some "Celebrities" that crave for attention and money and make Team B.

Let them "starve", feed them with only coconuts and let them have a blast with diarrhea! Then let them fight over a pack of chips and show their true colors all for the sake of money. This show had become so big that most people gathered at their houses to watch it with friends ordering some junk food! (at least the local shops and economy was boosted!)

The success of Survivor came because of the iconic figures of the cast. You see they didn't just choose some guys with abs and beautiful girls but instead "everyday people like us"

We had a pair of twin sisters, a guy who has cafeterias but chose to write under profession mercenary (because it's cooler), a bodybuilder, a model, an actor, a milf, a fat hilly billy, a Cyprian, a Chinese (because why not?), a manager rugby (nobody plays rugby in my country) who happens to be the biggest liar-troll and the winner who is a "badass" person that talks a little and is a high believer of god! Ahh and i shouldn't forget the guy who claimed to had fucked over 4000 so i guess he went there to fight his addiction?

Nomads

The next one that came right after Survivor in order to earn some money out of the reality show bucket was Nomads. Nomads is a completely different survival game............ exactly the same game, with a little bit different rules and a very similar cast of people craving for attention and money!

For more views 90% of men must had great abs and huge muscles and the women must have a great ass and a nice pair of ;) because you know, this sells!

If you ever do something that makes you feel uncomfortable or feeling ashamed of yourself just watch an episode of Nomads. You will see grown up men and women fighting for a single potato or crying because nobody wanna be friends with them! i bet this will uplift your morale!

Survival Secrets

This was my favorite! It was like a parody of the 2 above! When i watched a little bit of it i thought that this is a well made joke. The rules are the same as in the other shows but because the channel didn't have enough money to spend to "franchises", they said "screw it, we are making our own survival game". 

The "island" is just a beach, a couple of hours from the capital of Greece and the funniest part is that it's not a remote place at all. The beach is actually one of the most touristic beaches in the area and while watching the show you could see cars, bikes and people passing by in the back :P
