FOUR peers invoked ancient rights under the Magna Carta yesterday to petition the Queen to block closer integration with Europe.
The Duke of Rutland, Viscount Masserene and Ferrard, Lord Hamilton of Dalzell and Lord Ashbourne were imbued with the spirit of the ancient Charter, thrust on King John in 1215. In accordance with the Charter's Clause 61, the famous enforcement clause, the four presented a vellum parchment at Buckingham Palace, declaring that the ancient rights and freedoms of the British people had to be defended.

This is a moment in history that should have shook the world and had it not been for the efforts of the government to cover this up or try to brush it all under the table, we would all have a national Bank holiday to mark the event. Sorry, no that isn't quite right, because the Bankers would have probably been eradicated. Nevertheless, we would certainly have celebrated this day, if it were allowed to be so and things actually operated as they should... Pure fantasy these days.

"What the heck are you talking about, Rebel-Dan?"

Well allow me to explain...

The Treaty of Nice. The last straw

When this moment took place, the Queen made sure to give reply, via her secretary. Predictably, her Royal highness informed her public that she did not have the power to reverse these treasonous decisions. Decisions that would see the UK relinquish further powers of national sovereignty, to the whim of an unelected EU commission.
blackstone quote.jpg

The EU is just a group of strangers who feel they have divine authority to create their own laws. This is a huge no-no, under common law, and one of the main reasons the petition was put before Queen Vickie.

What's the big deal? So we change our constitution, what's so bad about that?

An Oath to the people

In order for Victoria to be granted the power of the people and be crowned Queen of Blighty, she had to swear an oath to uphold the common laws of the land and that oath was sworn while her hand was placed over the holy bible. Up until the 24th March 2001, she was duty bound to respond to this lawful petition and sure enough her majesty replied within the 40 day period. One of many things the Queen was duty bound to act upon.

"Rebel-Dan... The Royal Family have no power anymore, why ask her to stop this happening?"

It is a common myth that the queen has no authority and that parliament have all the power, well that is just not so...

Every law that gets passed by parliament, still has to go through a final stage of the law making process and that is called Royal Patronage. The queen has to give her Royal consent, in order for any ACT OF PARLIAMENT to become law.

An 'Act' of parliament cannot be used as a lawful implement, until the queen has given it her royal seal of approval.

Why Europe is not just a "common-market" and the hidden fact that the UK suddenly stopped teaching common law in universities in the 1970's.

Another strange coincidence in this series of event, that points towards a larger conspiracy and one that now appears to tie in with the "one world" agenda we hear about all the time.
After years of the universities playing along and removing the law books from the shelves, we now have police officers and lawyers, who swear an oath to uphold common law, but have never been taught what it means.

Secret agendas, through the backdoor

Our government knows full well that they are acting against their own Treaty, by joining the EU and therefore repealing decades of lawful evolution has to be done on the sly...

Neither the Queen, nor Parliament, will ever admit that they have turned their backs on common law. That would be an act of high treason, a crime punishable by death and a law that is still upheld today.

Put it this way... If our laws were followed with any kind of dignity or honour, Tony Blair, Margret Thatcher, John Major and Edward Heath would all be swinging from the noose for what they have done to this country and the peaceful people who live within the commonwealth. I personally know many folk who would volunteer to pull the lever and see these evil traitors to the grave.

So instead of telling the public the truth, that entering the EU would put all of our countries services under the authority of the European commission and the newly drafted European bill of rights, they just pretended it was all part of our warped imagination and that our courts were still places of law & order and our police were to abide by the laws of the land

What should have happened

To repeal a countries constitution, takes an act of war, a referendum or a general election. The last 2 examples having to make it abundantly clear, about exactly what will be changed under the proposed changes. In the first example I don't think we would need much help in realising someone is attempting to change our society to benefit their own.

What actually happened

In 1973, Prime minister, Edward Heath(Alleged paedophile), told the public that signing the UK into the EEC(European Economic Community), was nothing more than the UK government joining the Boy-scouts
(which in a way it was, but just not the boy-scouting that any normal person would think of)

The tug-of-war between good and evil continues and it looks like the plebs were already weakened by imposters in the ranks, a long time ago...

After The Labour party saw an opportunity to use this inside knowledge of treason to their own advantage, they brought it to the forefront and in spectacular fashion too! I can't allow myself to think that in the 70's, politicians were any less corrupt and that 2 party politics wasn't still their to give the pretense of public authority, but at least they gave a more convincing performance and maybe some of them still did have some sense of Law and order. I think I'll just let you decide for yourselves...
This is a debate from Oxford University, that was held on the night before the UK was to vote in a referendum on entering Europe's Economic community. This all happened in 1975, 2 years after Mr Heath had signed us into the deal already. This part of the debate give a very honest apraisal of what it actually means to be part of the EU.

"So do not despise that your own fellow citizens have, at last, been given the right, which Mr Heath denied them"

What has become of society, since this date, is further proof to the claims of the generation before us. People who had enough back-bone to stand up together and demand answers from those who tried to steer the ship into ground.

COME JOIN ME IN PART 2 AND SEE HOW ALL THIS BEGAN, HOW THEY TRIED TO BURY ARTICLE61, UNSUCCESSFULLY AND WHY MAGNA CARTA 1215 IS SO DANGEROUS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT
