KEEPING AND MAINTAINING COMMUNITY IN A STEEMIT COMMUNITY TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN PROMO-STEEM ACTIVITIES

I am with the #promo-steemrural community while maintaining and maintaining cohesiveness to achieve great success in our #promo-steem activities. Compactness in a community is very important to be maintained and maintained in order for our community to remain intact. With the integrity of the #promo-steemrural community we can always do the #promo-steem activities to the community. We always apply the attitude of mutual understanding in the promo-steemrural community, because without any mutual understanding then a community will not be solid and there is only disputes in it. In a steemit community we must know what the character and character of each steemian is to be able to respect each other.

In a steemit community, we must know the weaknesses and strengths among fellow steemians. It is very important to determine the assignment and division of tasks for the smoothness of community activities. Ideally each steemian complement each other to form harmony in performing the task. A team leader must know the advantages and weaknesses of the members so that tasks can be left to the experts. However, to make the division of tasks more just and equitable (do not accumulate in one person) try to mix and match so that members who are not experts in certain sections can help and learn from the experts. The presence of a wise leader is crucial to the success of a community. A leader must also know the good and bad in a community, know the character of the member, think one step faster than the other, the responsibility of a community must be fully implemented. Similarly, the steemian member must respect the leader's decision. If there is one stubborn steemian member who can destroy the integrity of the team then a leader must take firm action to maintain the integrity of the community he leads.

The essence of a community is togetherness. Then often hang out with community members, discuss future plans and plans or talk about other formalities, build trust and recognize the personality of each steemian. The more familiar with each other, the more it creates a close bond between fellow community members. Indeed, misunderstandings often become incoherent in a community. Complaints, dissatisfaction and unresolved ideas are the moment bombs that can break down a community. Make a deal with your fellow community members to always talk about any issues within the community. Establish a joint regulation that binds all members of the community to minimize friction and always maintain work conductivity. Conducting activities that can motivate and improve teamwork by outbound / outing that aims to train cohesiveness.

We must always remember the early formation of the community, because looking for a community that suits us is not easy, we have to make adaptations that take no time. Pioneering from the beginning though with really great energy and mind. Avoid conflicts with our community friends, if there is a problem then immediately we find a solution.
