Doesn't seem to offer anything that steem doesn't already have or maybe I'm missing something ?
It's quite similar to Steem! But perhaps more catered for artists by way of apps like Creary and integrated blockchain certificates for artwork.
Wouldn't it be easier to develop a Dapp for those purposes on the steem blockchain ?
How is it different with elegance?
Good question! Elegance is powered by Steem and more of a filter platform for creative content. Creary is similar to Steem in terms of performance but also has a layer for artists to create blockchain backed certificates for their artwork. Take a peek at their website to learn more.
