First off, if you haven’t seen the new open call, applications for the next Sndbox cohort are now open! We’ve got a built-in application process and have already received almost 200 submissions… We will start reviewing on an ongoing basis so make sure you apply if you’d like to be part of the new cohort. You can find all the info here.

Also, I want to put big emphasis on the lovechild of @sndbox and the creative studio Humdinger & Sons that we’ve been laboring over the last few months. Check it out!

For the next announcement, we also launched the @cc-billboard account this week which will serve as the dynamic billboard for all things creative, entrepreneurial, impactful, and thoughtful in the blockchain/crypto space for anyone to contribute to. All Steemit users who contribute articles (they can be ones already published or new submissions) will receive substantial upvotes from the @sndbox account and receive full credit. The frontend is still in the works but here’s a sneak peek of how it’ll be structured -

We’ve already begun to take and publish submissions on the @cc-billboard account so if there’s a story, project, person, etc. that you’d like to write about, please check out the guidelines and process here.

Lastly, we know that bidbots and purchasing votes in general on Steemit has been the center of some contentious back and forth in the community. I’ve personally been waiting for a type of service similar to the first wave of bidbots but also incentivizes good flagging/downvoting to counteract the rampant use of spammy purchased votes. As such, I very much recommend you check out the first post and protocol of the @bid.bot account. Above anything else, I want to give it a bit of a stage since they were gracious enough to include @sndbox and our team’s efforts as one of the premiere curation services.

All the braggz. This isn't an endorsement of bitbots, we're a much bigger fan of communal and systematized manual curation. We’ve only been operating @sndbox for 10 months now and we’re proud to have built a dynamic structure of membership and outward curation with @sndbox, @sndbox-alpha, @creativecrypto, and now the public @cc-billboard. I encourage you to check each one out as there are many opportunities for creative and bootstrapped Steemians to get involved.
