Today was the last and second day of the CryptoWorldZug Conference.

This post is just a personal sigh that it is over and done with. Not that it was bad but just that all that work did not go to waste.

We have with a team of 4 spent a lot of time and effort in setting this up in the last few months meeting every monday evening for months to discuss the strategy and details while in the mean time during the week spending a lot of time in front of the computer to send and reply to emails with the speakers and setting up the logistics of the whole thing.

While this was a very cool experience and we have definitely learned a lot along the way now is really the time to breathe a sigh of relief.

Everything went well.

There was only one speaker that was not able to make it and we were lucky to be able to replace him with another project that was present and able to stand in.

One of the guests made a very apt comparison. The people attending see a swan gracefully gliding through the water. What they do not see is the frantic paddling of the feet under water.

And even though this was our first event we had a lot of positive feedback and that has made all of this worth the while. Quite a few of the attendees came to me and the rest of the team afterwards to thank us for the effort and to let us know that they had learnt something that they did not know before. And that is what our organisation is all about.

Bringing blockchain and crypto education available to all.

On a personal note (and as a Steemian) I have to say it was cool to get to have a chat with @heimindanger and @macron from the @dtube team and get their visions on the future of Steem. It is so nice to talk to people that get the intricacies of the Steem blockchain without having to answer where the money comes from...

Over the coming weeks we will be uploading the videos made from the conference and the interviews as well on our @cryptoworldzug account so keep an eye out for that. The interview with @heimindanger is one of the first (once it has been edited) that will be ready and we will of course be uploading to @dtube first and then maybe eventually the other ones later.

So even though it went of successfully I am glad it is over but sneakily already looking forward to our next possible event at the end of the year...
