Self-Portrait Photo Contest - 17th Week
Dear Steemians,
By organizing this #contest I wanted to contribute to the further development & growth of the #Steemit community!

INSTRUCTIONS:
Be creative & make self-portraits not in that common way as the trendy "selfies" but in a high quality way partly describing yourself & your way of life. Every each of us has many different roles to play in life: worker, sportsman, soldier, writer, driver, lover, husband, father, wife, mother, artist, model, waitress, lawyer, dancer, actress, scientist, doctor, singer, musician, politician, manager, nurse, porn star, prostitute, gigolo, pimp... or some kind of an imaginary character - somebody who you would like to be... There is plenty of inspiration for the theme!
Nudes are also very appreciated & welcomed as well as the conceptual & art #photography.
#Photos can be full color, b&w & #monochrome tones.
How to apply for the #contest:
- Use a #self-portrait tag as one of your tags in the post.
- Clearly mention the #self-portrait photo contest in your post title or post body & tag me in your post - @careassaktart (As this will help to grow this contest). For example: "This is my entry for the #self-portrait photo contest by @careassaktart"
- Ad a short story / explanation / description to the photo.
- Your #self-portraits must be your original work as well as the text following! Stolen content will be immediately reported to @steemcleaners.
- Post a link to your entry in the comment below this post.
- Please write in English.

This is not a selfie #contest & selfies are not acceptable & will be refused & disqualified!

Example:
Malo san maka (= I went a little crazy)
There is this great rap band in Croatia called "The Beat Fleet" (TBF) & they have a hit cold "Malo san maka". They sing in a Dalmatian version of a dialect called "čakavski". "Malo san maka" means "I went a little crazy. How does this #self-portrait have anything to do with the song?! Well, in Croatia the poppy we call "mak" & the story of poppy flower is well know around the world in form of opium, heroin & morphine & how these substances take control of people's lives & make them mad addicts. I'm sure I'm not an addict but in the time when I shot this colorful photo, this song was passing in my mind & I really did feel a bit crazy! In that moment I saw this beautiful poppy bush so I mount the camera on a tripod, set the timer on & posed happily...

So, in every next photo post I make I should be using #photography & #creativecoin tags & these should make my posts more visible & more upvoted?
Actually I am not sure that will bring you more visibility but using them your post will be seen by the curators of those two different tribes. And if then it gets upvoted by any of those curators (or any other users have those token staked), you will get CCC and PHOTO tokens in your wallet in Steem-Engine.com ;) If you stake those tokens then your vote will matter too! ;)

Beautiful colorful sunset at the yacht port of small city Dreverna not far from Klaipeda, Lithuania
That wasn't planned any photoshoot, except some obvious landscape shots. But the view was so stunning and this pier looked so nice that we have decided to make this couple selfie... on the edge of the world
