Many times people think too much and this too much thinking process is due to the concern about the particular subject or situation. And in my opinion people most of the time concern about the future no matter in which phase we are. In school we hold the concern of career, in colleges concern about the job, in job we hold the concern about the growth, and in my opinion most of the people hold the concern about the relationships because, in everyone's life the most important decision is relationship so this is another overthinking aspect. But for sure this overthinking aspect and process is not needed so why we have to force ourselves to think about those aspects which are out of control. So in my opinion the better thing is work or act on current moment let's see what brings by future because at the end of the what we do now that will manifest in future. But naturally this overthinking aspect take birth and really push us into an confusing and painful state of mind.

Overthinking process is harmful for the current productive actions and opportunities.

Many schools are became mess, school life became like game of chess
Children have to push so hard, school system talks of illusionary standard
The future of children are measuring in percentages, forgetting that, these are their playing ages
We need cheerful future, and not fearful creatures.

College is the age of platform, now this is the stage of transform
Choose what you want to become, don't stuck in comparison sum
Now is the time to create your path, don't fall in the others equation of future math
Thought of the job and handy salary eats everyday, this thought is not going away.

Now running for the job everywhere, there is crushing competition atmosphere
You are joined you are rejected, for many, rejection deeply affected
Some entered into the Job Economy, felt like robotic academy
People reflecting as motionless, people truly miss natural liveliness.

Life becoming fast paced journey, most are just controlled by money
Spoken words becoming less, for peace there is very less access
Every aspect is pushing towards deep thinking, sometimes thinking without any blinking
There is an race of achieving everything, that's why people face Sleepless Nights - "The Phase Of Overthinking".
