Apart from airhawk-project community on discord, i also know lots of community that helps in growing in the platform.
E.g @naijapidgin discord group. You get upvotes from them by joining their curation trail and using their tag "naijapidgin". They increase the percent of voting rate if you visit their blog, not everytime if you want, and show sign of activeness on their discord group!!
