Thanks @oleg326756 for the upvote. I've added my own vote to it - to avoid your vote becoming dust - $0.00. As minnows we need to change our voting patterns, read all about it in the link below of @thedarkhorse. Perhaps it's something you would like share with other newbies....

Thank you for bringing our attention to this issue, @rtl47. The current situation with "dust upvotes" is, indeed, problematic for red fish and minnows. The witnesses who propose constructive solutions to this problems are the ones who get my support.

That is indeed something all minnows can do, support witness that are anti - "dust up-votes" @oleg326756. Perhaps there should be a list of pro- VS anti- "dust up-votes" - How have you been able to track it?
