It's time to join in and write a little poem for your chance to win some STEEM or SBD! Round 4 of Season 17 of my WILD & STRANGE Contest has officially started! It’s time to put your pens to page and print your prose! The GRAND PRIZE for this round will be the liquid STEEM & SBD payout from this post. Are you ready?

This week was hilarious, and choosing just one winner was difficult. Seriously, there were a lot of amazing entries, just click here to see more. Anyway, @sharanaithal won and it is this meme that will be the inspiration for the poetry entries in Round 4!
NOW WHAT?
Now, it is your chance to write a poem based off of the winning meme from @sharanaithal. Use that amazing meme for inspiration and write your poem! There is no need to have participated in any of the previous rounds. Steemians can jump in on this one any time that they want! The "Official Rules" are below.

Attempt Number 1 (I was going to toss off a haiku, but you said it has to rhyme - Meh.)
A wond'rous thing is the frog
To write about on your blog
But it seems somewhat silly
To put on something frilly
Best that he should just wear a red speedo
But when STEEM begins to fall
we'll find the best of them all
Those who'll stay, not just leave
miss their money, off to grieve,
but would rather have some fun than see dough
And then Steem goes on the rise
And they start to feel so wise
They'll go out and they'll buy stuff
Their SP will now look rough
And suddenly they'll run out of RCs
Where to turn and what to do?
Impossible, it can't be true
And They'll feel rather sorry
When out goes their Ferrari
To write more, post more, get back their old ease.
There once was a frog on a log
I was writing a popular blog
When STEEM went to ten
I found him and then
Bought speedos for my friend the frog
And the frog in the speedos did sing
Which was a very wonderous thing
If STEEM stays at ten
Would you by me a friend
And give it a @mene ring?
And at the frog I did look
And set down my little Chromebook
If STEEM goes to twenty
Then I will have plenty
And on this good deal we then shook

Attempt number 2 (sonnet style)
So once upon a time there lived a frog.
He ate, he drank, and sometimes he would swim
and whence came night he slept upon a log,
and flies which approached would risk life and limb
The tailors nearby offered a free sew,
but when he came he could find no nice ties,
so he just grabbed the nearest red speedo,
and bought some STEEM just hoping it would rise
And to his shock to ten dollars it went,
but he needed clothes to go buy nice things.
So back to the old tailors he then sent
But top his dismay all they had were rings
And so the frog learned if you want nice stuff
Be careful 'cause a speedo's not enough
And no, I don't know why tailors would sell rings either. But hey, it works!
